Squarespace

They fixed the most recent bug in the app but things like that should be better tested before roll out. They need to separate the commerce and editing functions. When I click on an item to get details instead takes me to where I can edit the product. I don't want my employees to accidentally make devastating website changes because they're clicking to get more details about the order. Navigation between multiple web pages is buried in the settings. This app needs a navigational update.

This app is absolutely useless. It doesn't let you do absolutely anything. I don't expect to have the full features, but at least I should be able to modify some text on an existing post. What's even the point of the app if you can't do anything??? Just don't create the app in the first place. Given also that the prices rose quite a bit (last year I paid 160 dollar, this year 211. Are you freaking kidding me) one would expect some quality. I am going back to WordPress

So far so good. I might make some changes to the navigation of the app. Difficult to find where to go to edit specific things and perform certain tasks. I'll have better suggestions as time goes on.

Very glitchy interface. Lots of time and effort lost due to app errors. Disappointing. Stick to the desktop or find another service if you need to build a site on mobile. This app needs more work before forcing customers to use it instead of allowing editing your site on a browser.

Severely glitchy, constantly crashes. The settings have a mind of their own. I cannot add my own photo's, the writing never goes where it should. Even after I save my edits, the text and images move and look horrendous. You cannot add new text boxes to a page, that's if the option to edit even appears :/ The app literally is a waste of time. I haven't even tried it on my laptop yet, as I'm so frustrated at how bad the app is, I have zero hopes for the Web version to be any better.

Incredibly difficult to use- simple tasks such as cropping your uploaded photo- you cannot do on this app. You can on their website-just not on this app. This app doesn't even provide a simple undo button. Very frustrating using this platform for 45 minutes to do what you'd normally be able to do in under 5minutes.

Love this app and platform to sell items on It's very smooth on mobile. You can stay up to date on mobile and setting up your website is easier on the desktop. I've also needed help figuring things out an squarespace was quick to respond and guide me thru my issues helping me understand how yo build my website. Plans are also very affordable. I think everyone should use this website builder if your a DIY kind of person

The app easy easy and efficient for making changes on the go. It doesn't give full accessibility like the website but it's enough to make important changes. Keep up the great work and let's see some more growth! Great job!!!

This is a great website building platform site but you need patience which I don't have so every error made was my own dang fault. Finally (after my site was up for 5 years) I have finally figured out how to edit it. But if it wasn't for such a great platform I would've lost my website long ago to my negligence instead Squarespace wouldn't let me make really bad mistakes, they had me think twice and long about my changes so I was sure; it was pretty easy to correct any mistakes I made.

As someone who used to write his own website code, this is an absolutely incredible thing; no difficult coding anymore - incredibly quick and easy to use, professional, customizable, with loads of excellent pre made designs. Honestly a better site built from a template than most could write in the old days.

When i made my website and edited the logo it completely crashed everything got destroyed. laggy i was trying from yesterday it was a file logo but i set at different pixel. that's all I know only it showed a black text saying error block could not be errored i think

Been using it for a few months now. Love the interface, user friendly and no problems with new publishes and updates made tovthe site. Very good for beginner and advanced web builders. Highly recommend

App not working properly. All time when we start editing home page the error "403" pops up successfully wasting our time... Beginner can't even understand what to perform on the application. Features are literally annoying 😕

The app has majorly improved over the last year or so. I can finally edit my site on mobile if I need, and everything seems smooth. I haven't come across any bugs either

Can't even log in. Keeps telling me I'm having a network issue. Yet here I am updating my apps, watching YouTube. I even restarted my phone, cleared the cache. You name it. Update: it's happening on all my Android devices. I'm not changing my review until Square space debugs tests updates before release.

So far ive been very pleased with how quickly ive taught myself how to use this very simple and user friendly web design program. Thanks squarespace my gratitude for a wonderful product.

App doesnt cooperate with my z fold 3. Was excited to use square space because I could open my phone up and be able to edit my whole website but nothing seems to work correctly.

The app is awesome. You can view individual data for each page or blog post, see all your sales, look at site view geography and much much more. You can of course also edit your website straight from your phone (recommended mostly for quick fixes and such, but an amazing feature.)

Gallery becomes out of order whenever new photos are added regardless of whether I do so in the app or the desktop browser. This has been an issue since 2019 and it's disappointing to see that it is not being addressed as a paying customer for two domains. Customer support was not helpful either.

My cons about the app is that if you change something on the web and come back to the app the update or change thay happened is not automatic you have to refresh it after each change or else ot wont display current changes. My other xon with squarespace is that if you want to talk to a customer service rep on the phone you really cant. The way squarespace does it is the have every question in the help section, and if not you have to email them your question, they're pretty fast about it though

Downloaded the app just for the convenience of uploading pictures to my site. Well, that's apparently not happening. Can't upload anything even though I've given the app permission to my photos. Guess I'll just go through the website like before.

I've downloaded this app twice now. The first time I downloaded and opened the app to login. I'll click login and nothing will happen. I'll click it again and a loading circle will pop up and then put me back on the page that says log in or sign up. I uninstalled the app and decided to try it again the next day with the same problems happening. Not sure what is the problem but it's useless if I cant even get past the login button.

"Yeah, the ability to change templates has gotta go. If they want something different, let's make them start a whole new trial where they'll have to pay more."

Rated for nothing 🥺 Whenever I try to edit the page, there is a pop up message that an error occurred, and also taking time to load.

I love being able to edit my website from my phone. A lot easier to make quick updates. Rarely use PC/laptop so made updates I've been pushing back forever.

With the recent upgrade to the app the glitching is now extreme. Some parts will not the page. Defiting the need for a site inside

Very limited ability to manage scheduling settings on app. To gain full features must use desktop. What's the point of having an app zzz

Easy to use, even for people with little to no experience with building websites! Love that I can edit the site from my phone from anywhere!
