Squarespace Analytics

Very easy to use. All stats and data are displayed in a very clear way. Everytime I have contacted squarespace about anything they are always fantastic at responding. Their customer service is top notch.

This is a fantastic app for metrics for your Squarespace site(s). very simple and has all of the information you need to not only make minor course corrections with sales and marketing but also see which search words are driving traffic. Very insightful.

The app isn't always accurate. For example some days it will say zero visits to my site all day which I know is not true because ill have appointments come in from the site aswell as visit it myself from my computer, and run facebook ads that drive people to my site which i get charged for, however it won't record the visits and remain "0" visits for the day. but its still fun to see where traffic is coming from. Just wish it was more accurate and reliable.

I published an updated blog on my computer and left home. while i noticed some grammar errors i used this app to update the blog and this app didnt refresh. When i loaded the document and edited the first paragraoh the dovument reverted back and i lost hours of edits on the update.

Data is not reliable! Sales numbers are missing all over the place. Customer service said they are fixing the problem, as it's all wrong on the Squarespace page now too, but nothing happens. That's been almost 2 weeks ago. I guess small businesses are not important enough.

Awesome app. Keeps me up to date on everything going on with my websites and allows me to make the important changes moving forward based on that information. If you use Squarespace this is a great way to study up on how your websites are going.

Incredibly useful app. It's laid out well and even has dark mode. Only thing it's missing is the page referrer tag info which is available on the desktop website. Excellent app

Very useful app. I can see my analytics at a click of the finger, the display is clear and crisp, and the most valuable information is displayed in an organized way. I use this often, and I tell my clients they need to use it.

It worked okay for 2 weeks but now it keeps saying that it won't load properly..no information displayed at all and I've sent two tickets with no response...got me feeling nervous...and yes I've reached out to you guys several times over the last week with zero response I just get the customary Auto email and no one has gotten back to me!

This worked perfectly on my previous phone, but on my new phone it's not letting me log in - when I click the login button, I just see a blank screen that won't change. Same with the other Squarespace app. I'm using Android 9. Is this a known issue?

I am somewhat tech savvy, but web design has always been a mystery. Squarespace makes it easy. Their support group is the best I've ever worked with, for any company! It is actually fun to contact support.

Gives me exactly what I need and does so intuitively. I'm able to see near real-time analysis, which lets me know if web-based tweaks by me or others is having an impact on traffic to my website. It also provides a solid glimpse into visitor behavior and origin.

Makes it very convenient to see my sites' results. Push notifications are helpful with traffic alerts. Like the design. Well thought out.

A nice way to review detailed site traffic. Intuitive UI/UX. Have not encountered any issues in my first week of using it. Good app!

Squarespace analytics is a great app, because it's teaching me about the SEO and how much they have impact in what I'm trying to accomplish. So yep so far so good. I get back to where I was after the little problems I've encountered. Getting them taken care of now. But of course you great, your my host! 5 stars 🌟 for now.

Love the simplicity, for me its great to have a website with all the tools that are designed for it. Having a shopify store but then using google analytics and other can be a pain.

The app is clean and easy to use. The Dark Theme is gorgeous and makes the white lines pop. Would recommend for any Squarespace user.

Just activated a Squarespace website so great to have an app that you can quickly look at to see how things are going. The amount of information that is provided is excellent!!

Love it. Analytics are amazing and the setup is so simple and you can do so much with it if you have the imagination

Update: prompt response from team and app now works as expected. Pixel 3a running Android 10 app won't even get to login screen.

apparently my squarespace analytics (activity log) have not been updating the whole day? my facebook analysis is accurate and i even tried to browse my website from other devices but none of the activity was recorded. please fix it

Gives the most basic analytics you can think of. Would love pathing reports! Also, the app labeled unique visitors vs visits incorrectly :) maybe a quick fix.

Very user friendly and interesting. I'm not very sophisticated about this, and it ses to provide very insightful details.

Won't reload when I don't use it everyday. So that makes me have to uninstall and reinstall the app everytime.

It's a very well made app that gives deep insights into site-wide usage. It has a dark mode, which is a nice touch.

its an awesome service I just wish it was a bit more user friendly. absolutely worth the effort to figure it out though!

Spurious engineering. Squarespace removes a lot of visitation data and this creates an array of statistics that is obviously flawed. If you ask Squarespace why, you'll get a different answer every time
