Good, other apps are too slow and you have to wait for the squating time to end : it's not the case here. Perfect timing and good exercises. Very motivational.
I love the clear descriptions on what to do, the fact that I can fill out info about myself, notifications and the simplicity.
This app is really helping me get over my gym anxiety and allowing me to focus on the exercises. It also shows proper form, which is a plus

love it very much specally having lupus and i cant bend my knees all the way sometimes but you can still do it. it have you go half way. And you still get your workout

Rubbish. Appalling animation, embarrassing voice over apparently recorded in a cupboard. Don't bother downloading.
Easy to do and the way u r told to do the movements rly help you do the exercises correctly
just started it but i like that it shows you exactly how to do it over and over so u can perfect it but like i said i just started it seems pretty good so far
It has a video and coach that help you complete your squats which is great when you need motivation
I'm easily distracted so never finished anything...thank you...the squat is easier than I thought...
Still a biginer but feels nice to have help without feeling on the spot in front of everyone.
It is very good as it also have tutorials on how to do the workouts
app is great u dont forget to workout bcos it really motivates you to do more and be consistent

The squating is way too fast, basically deleted it right away.

Very detailed workout and easy to use app
Just started. I am starting with beginner and it's for one minute, you can repeat as many times as you want. I did for two minutes. I like that it tells you the proper way to breathe. I didn't know to inhale as you bend and exhale coming up. So, I learned and it felt really great. Think I will keep this app!!!
