Locked me out due to payment although i cannot connect to see my routes to get your money or mine really wish someone would think about this at best let me see my routes thank goodness i didint put all my faith in this app. I Was thinking about the 12 month service although at this point i feel abandonded ; im glad to have old fashoned ways taught to me in the past there paying multiples over this app. Paper and pen is still winning over you how sad .
This app has definitely made life easier and manage my business. When I got the app first, takes few months to settle in and use options that suit your needs, my advice is don't rush to have all options working overnight. Overall I give this 10/10
V. Happy with app. But it's a little slow in its operation. (Like swiping completed jobs to the right.)
The tools you get that are right to hand is fantastic! I've never used the app before and it's really easy to get to grips with. The paint staking thing was transferring all my customers from paper the app. That took me about 4hrs..... But when it's done, wow! If you need something to organise your work flow and give you important info on the fly then this app is phenomenal. I would say £18 including vat is a little steep but... Then again the difference this has made already is brilliant.
Amazing window cleaning tracker app, we've been using it for a few weeks now.we work on 6/12 week round and scheduling the work is easy, also its easy to mark jobs as done and then as paid, so really so far we're loving it. The support from the team is great and very quick in general so that's a big bonus. Pricing is great for the amazing tool this is! Give it a try before you complain about prices, or get yourself another house a month to pay for it😂
The only bad this about having an app like this is that, you'll wish you made the change over sooner. Ps. Integrate it with gocardless. Life becomes easier
First issue was took me about 20 tries before I could log in. Second issue address look up is horrible it almost forces you to get the premium (not opposed to but just trying to see how this app works right now) but the manual address is a nightmare should remove the pinpoint option or make it optional. Lastly was trying to add a customer and it either kept backing out of the screen or would go to the credit card information for premium.
Fantastic system for running my business for window cleaning. Always very helpful if any problems or issues come on up the system. Saves me so much time using this instead of pen and paper.
In my opinion I think its one of the best invoice app, nearly all u need it its there, I've switched from invoice 2go but unfortunately I can't keep this app cause its missing the most important feature. When u create an invoice won't let you to put all details of the job, ie. Where/from, time/date, name of the passanger /customer.... That's the most important thing on an invoice U need to have this option an every app, especially limousine drivers like me.I'm very sad, going back to invoice 2go
I've never been more upset with an app. Hiking the price (almost double each month) with almost no improvements and then threatening to "lose data" if I unsubscribe. In the middle of a pandemic. Just shameful. Unsubscribed, there is nothing this app can do that I can't do with a spreadsheet and Google maps. Disgusted.
The app used to work brilliantly, day pilot was incredibly helpful in optimizing the rounds however not sure what changed but the "Optimal" option on day pilot seems to be broken as it tries to send me 10 minutes away from where I am to come back again? Not optimal at all..
Unfortunately they've doubled the price as of a few days ago. Used to be amazing, though they often added functionality no one needed from this app. If you're reading this, best to continue on the search for the perfect app - I'll update this review once I find my replacement.
Very comprehensive scheduling software with a really nice user interface. It's also very well priced- especially for the single user. It's continually being improved with new features and support is excellent. highly recommended.
This whole system is great, you can tell its built from the ground up on the right foundations and the development team seem to be polishing it all the time, the only complaint I have is the lack of information on how to use it, you can contact the support team and they are very responsive but some more online help would be great!
I've been using the app for about a month now and it's been great. new update all the time to improve the app. It's extremely easy to navigate and operate. I was using cleaner planner before which I found very expensive for what I was getting. All round I'm really happy with the app
Fantastic user experience and makes scheduling easy would Only reason for 4 stars is that the auto search feature is only on paid subscription and I'm terrible at directions and reading maps I could get lost in a round room. Other than thst fantastic
The best work scheduling app for self employed appointment based businesses. Amazing features, great support, integrated payment solutions, appointment reminders and automatic invoicing for one very low monthly fee. Absolutely fantastic.
Very easy to use, and in depth app that helps me keep my round organizer and easy to do the races at the end of the year, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to step up their game on theyre round!
The app was great when it was working, however it keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and installed but still doesn't work, it runs fine on my computer so not sure what's causing the problem
I would love this app, except that scheduling and billing options aren't flexible enough for me. I don't see a way to set up a repeating job to take place on weekdays only, or only on certain days of the week, or a way to implement holiday rates.
I run a small window cleaning company in north Wales. This app has really helped to keep admin to a minimum. Please try the App. you will love it. And the app has just doubled in price. I have been working with this company for a few months now and I would not be without it now ( as long as no silly price rise ). I found one or two little bugs, this app is saving me a few hours a month that I have been able to get to see my kids more instead of sitting down at a desk doing paper work. Many thanks.
Great app, would like to be able to get hold of some instructions just to clear a few bits and bobs. I've only touched the surface of what it can do but very efficient at sorting out my work schedule.
Took me a while to get used to the features. Mind you I'm not in any way a geek or am I tech savvy. Overall very good in my opinion 👍After some initial niggly issues i spoke to squeegee support and was guided and helped to resolve all my queries. Excellent support team.
much better than when initially published and once got used to it, saves a lot of time with the automated options. Great support from Susie and Ed. I don't regret for working with it.
Helpful app to support our window cleaning scheduling and payments. Great support team that reply instantly when you contact them. Comes with a tutorial on how to use it that I found really helpful. I use this app every day and it's never let me down. Highly recommend to any window cleaner who wants to reduce paperwork.
