If this is the application that takes the photos of the checks for mobile deposit, it seems quite flawed. Using a Samsung note9, it continually declares the image not clear and requires a retake. However, the photo displayed is crystal clear.

Everytime i try to take a picture of a personal check it comes up poor imiage quality but yet the picture is clear. Very frustrating that this is the only app my bank used to mobile deposit expecially when i live out of state from my bank.

can't reset passwords, no help allowed. the bank tried over 25 times to take a pic of chk, it didn't work. frustrating!!!!!

I really WANT to use this app! As of now it crashes durring the photo taking process. Platform is CAT s48c.
