Update : may 22. I have still not received my money from sride. It's more than one year now!!! Edit 11Jan21: I am trying to redeem my money from last 6 months but there is no action / response from the sride team. I should give 1 star for such behavior Need some improvements 1. I have different route to office and home. there is no flexibility to save two routes. 2. map integration and route selection is not easy to use. 3. redemption takes too much time.

I would like to give 0 stars, but no option. You get options for rides far from your pickup point and drops far from your destination. Plus you have deposited your money, you will not get it back, even if you have not taken a single ride due to above issues. Waste app and wastage of money.

UI used to show the suggestion of riders in the map is bad. Also the payment take more than 7 days to settle. I mean really in the era of UPI, payment settlement takes so much time is bad experience. Need lots of improvement. 👍

This app has lot of issues.. I am new user and just had 2 rides... But now I am not able to see any information/History of previous rides. Also I have lost 8 rides due to glitch.. all transactions history & Login info lost and app considered me as new user now..

In ride setting I have selected One route whereas the maps shows some other route and earlier selected date. ...lot of bugs in the application. Everytime nowadays, i send request, I get technical error message

It is a good app but since app's last update, lots of bugs are introduced. Every other day, me and my collegues get Technical Error We are unable to book ride smoothly

They don't transfer your wallet money to your bank account or paytm wallet. I raised amount transfer request multiple time but nothing happen. Initially it was all good but later this problem started. I am facing this problem from april 2019 onwards. All Car owner, be aware.

Perfect app for daily office traveller. I had good experience. It's safe as it has verified user only. We can trust blindly for daily commute. Thank you sride

I have tried many apps for car or bike pooling. I have found the interface of this app the best. For Pune City you will find many rides available on this app.

Payout process is very lengthy, After 2 week I am still facing issue with payment payout, And costomer care is very very slow, Not responding I am changing my rating from 3 to 4 start I have received my payout after many follow up. Still giving 4 start because application issues and support response delay.

Worst when it comes to payment. I use a car and whenever I try to redeem the amount, firstly they give an elongated deadline, then they ask to drop a mail to support team. After that the support team creates a ticket and goes silent. Thieves.

Not able to log in. App is getting stuck at login page itself. Tried with different mail ids still same problem.

Not allowing me to use 4 rides/credits and asking me to recharge always. I heard that they are not paying any car owners.

I am not able to subscribe in the Sride apps. Whenever I am trying its getting stuck at the stage called "lets know something about you" and not progressing any further. Pl let me know the way forward. I am a Car owner and want to share my ride everyday during driving to office and back home.

Stuck at "hang on a sec..", the OTP never comes, I used this app before pandemic and now when I try to reinstall this is where I am stuck

Unable to proceed after "Let's know a bit about you" screen. Fix this screen unable to login into the app itself.

We should move to credit points bases system so that same credit points can be used for any ride city or outstation

I could not take out money from sride to my bank account ever. Every time transactions falis by its own. Customer care never responds to any query. Useless

It is really good and helpful for commuters. It really helped me when I was totally new to Hyderabad and didn't know the routes and transport that much. But please add option to view the cancelled ride as well. If I cancel the ride by mistake, it vanishes from the page and there's no way to see it. And then, the notifications from the app is delayed, and i have to open the app to view any notification/messages.

Contains lots of bugs. Need huge amount of work to fix the issues. Firstly, most the time the apps shows technical issue while accepting/ending a ride. This is very annoying and time taking. Secondly, the app doesn't have proper ride start/end mechanism. The chat window is very primitive type and doesn't support any latest features what one should have. Sometimes no notification is received for multiple messages. And later when you manually open the app, you can see the previous messages. Most importantly, anyone can take a ride and cancel it later to have a free ride. The loss will be for the car owner. Please please get these fixed asap.

Amazing App. Targets all requirements of the riders as well as the Car/Bike owners. A few things still need to be sorted like 1. route map. at times unnecessarily repeats a part of the route. 2. Pickup and drop points should be more aligned based on the route that the co-passenger will have to take to reach the route of the car owner. at this time its just a straight line. 3. i think you should also consider compatibility with Android Auto and Apple Car Play to seamlessly integrate with the car.

While the app's system is great in concept, the execution could have been a lot better than it currently is. UI/UX could use a lot of improvements. My main issue is that every time I try to request a ride as a rider, I get a popup which is blank and just has a button saying 'ok', I have been unable to make a single request because of this making the app completely useless. If this issue can be solved, please let me know, if not, then please refund the money I spent to purchase sRide credits.

this app is very helpful. It had reduced the amount I have to spend on my daily office travel. its a way of contributing your bit towards the reduction of the pollution and traffic also. I have had quite good experiences while carpooling. Met good people, some of them became friends. For me its in a way of socializing. Thanks Sride. Also the new UI is good where you can choose from Carpool and bike pool. previously there were some issues with the app but recently i have not faced any issue.
