Problem with the latest update version 22.5.18.. i used 3 phones to do connection.. Samsung Note 4, Samsung Note 9 and OPPO A54 through Linksys router.. Now i use backdated version 22.4.14.. i can see all my camera.. problem only if i update it.. I got 2 IP camera.. I'm not sure what is camera ID.. X001CT3D3R? Is this correct? Or APP ID?

Others cannot view rhe cam execpt for the administrator, eventhough they are already added as operator. And sometimes the device is not showing on their app even though they are already added as administrator. We have 7 cameras and all of it has issues

The software used to work very well but since the last update on 18th April you are not working properly.

No way of telling what time the alarm occurred! It just says "An Alarm Occurred". Another fault is that it always defaults to SD. No matter what resolution you set, it just goes back to SD next time you view! Let down by software app. Otherwise it seems OK? Edit. This App goes from bad to worse! Cannot review history, just goes Blank! They suggest turning off Hardware Decode but it makes no difference. All in all, useless Software and zero response from support. I suggest you steer well clear!

It bothers me that from the SRIHOME app i cannot save the videos stored on the SD card, i can only see them! Other apps have the option that when you watch the stored footage, you can record the desired part, or at least to download the desired footage! Otherwise the application is simple and easy to use!

Hi, I having a problem that the camera keep switching from Normal mode to night mode every few second during night time. Why it can't stay in night mode when the area is in dark ? It keep switching & I can hear the relay clicking sound. Very annoying. Any solution to solve it ? Thank you The Model that I bought is SH025 I have 3 units SH025 placed at different places but all having this switching problem. My software device update is v8.6.1

I have several sricam units using the sricam app and i am satisfied with it. This app lacks usable functionality. Basic function like presets are nowhere to be found within the app! You have to manualy maneuver the camera all the time because a very basic incorporation of presets are non existent! Very disappointing!

Why the 360p and 1080p can not work show sd only , can not view. pls check

SriHome wireless CCTV is easy to install and the App is users friendly. Highly recommended.

Night vision when light sources nearby are not good. blured picture. Without light sources, good. The SriHome app is junk. Everything has to be confirmed a thousand times if someone else also wants access. Complicated! With the third party who should have access, no more access from the app. The standard is the poor SD quality, after switching to HD better picture. When the app is opened again, everything back on dafault SD. It is tedious !! The app does not allow older camera models from Sricam, so you already need two apps. nonsense! A lot of work for this app.

I found some issues please fix these as soon as possible- 1. Multiple view should be more user friendly, every time it needs to select cameras to view multiple camera. It would be great if it keep it's previous state. 2. Sounds should be muted on camera view, it's really annoying. Users will active sound if they needed. 3. It could not save downloaded file to gallery on some devices like Samsung. Please fix it. 4. Overall this app should be more user-friendly.

*update after developer response* U probably miss the point i said it worked FLAWLESSLY b4 the update. I don't concider slow internet speed the 295mb speed tested 50 times. do not blame other things for the update bugs. Look at the problems and fix them in the app. It had worked flawlessly up to the latest update April 22, now it takes for ever to open the picture even when I'm connected to the same network, very slow to respond to ptz commands and won't hold the selected resolution.

Never could connect via AP mode (app indicates camera offline), had to use cable to the router. App can ONLY find the camera when it has Internet connection. App constantly wants to launch itself, even after a "force stop". AND why does the app not store all its files in one folder (app creates .DataStorage, .UTSystemConfig, & JNat folders). Not sure what the SH026 is sending over the Internet, but just today (Jan 1/21), this camera has 22% data usage thru the router all by it self!

Such a worse quality ever. I resetted more than hundred times and connected to the WiFi which and I tried all the place seems the same thing . Once reboot and format sd can view video. Then later on only will receive notification but when I wants to view its shows loading on black screen
