Don't bother! Tried to book a flight and after several tries I gave up as it just kept stalling or returning to question how I spelt my name - as I am a frequent flyer on Sri Lankan this is exactly the way to lose business and customers. Web master needs to overhaul this pretty basic system especially at the moment when Sri Lanka needs tourists badly. Not impressed!
worst airlines no understanding no customer support. it's bit complicated to use this app. it was my first time to book ticket it was a disaster need to work more on the changing or add ons. I had pre-booked my meals then later they served me vegetable sandwich. when asked they said this is a different flight while I booked it was shown UL172 even my boarding showed the same so why forcefully given me their meal. at least they should have informed me through mail or at least app.
Cannot select nationality from the drop down menu when attempting to check-in. Take this app down if you cannot fix a bug when users have been complaining for months! Absolutely worthless.
Still need many improvement! Seats selection js still no good in mobile app as well no way to add luggage and other relevant stuff. The functions you are able to perform with web app, must be accessible from mobile app as well.
App is very unstable. Can't log in to flysmiles and also cant retrieve booking info. Been the case for quote a few months now.
usless application. i can't able to book or manage flight that are operated even by the airline. not all the destination are given. they should need to improve a lot.
Worst airline app I've ever used. Please wait for ages before I can even search. Not easy to price check and compare, strange grey area at the bottom obstructs viewing.
Bad UI , can't find the booking or check flight status. Worst app and airline would not recommend.
Don't book a ticket with this airline with any sort of expectation of a refund. It's been months since I have been waiting for the refund which they promised to return in 21 days!

Totally rubbish app. I can't key in country and phone properly. Why UL really wanna have an app if not user friendly. Just gave 1 star. Poor app. All pax, please don't bother to check in online, don't even think to install this useless app. I uninstall the app. Cheers.
Very poor app.. after all the details were entered which includes the payment details, an error comes up staying there is an issue and the payment cannot be processed..
Very poor app. There are so many bugs. You can't do anything it always pushing an error as server not respond.
Well I travel many times from UL only thing i say the staff 80% with such an bad attitude..I travelled both Business and economy class they hold different attitude on passengers... Rather than that all are good i must say this world best smooth landing and take off i experience is from Sri Lankan Airlines !!!
I installed your app but unable creat an account.I entered all the required data still it said like some data exceed the required. am your frequent flyer but because of this issue I can't claim miles.
Seat selection is messed up and can't go through all the seats. Apart from that the app is useful.
Very poorly crafted app. It doesn't function well. Nor does their direct web check-in online.
This airline website all so problem to use app allso problem to use the web cant serch flight and and app if serch flight only round cercle can see more 2 to 3 minits but not hepenning any thing for me use les this app. i use many airline website i found this only have a complicated issue.this airline must check there website and app. My rate for this app 0
this airlines is not good in terms of refund..according to them 15 days of refund means 15months!!! i requested for refund on Dec 21 2018 and now its 25th Jan2019!! customer care representative assures u a particular refund amount after deducting the penalty but u receive 2-3 emails asking to resend the request and very cleverly they reduce the refund amount to 1/4th of the ticket fare. i paid 18k for the tickets & now they offered to refund only 6k!! till this date i havent received the refund
Terrible app that no one has tested. You can't select a nationality, so you can't check in. Unbelievable how that was missed, but well done!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.... I have been awaiting my refund for >6 months now...They don't even care to reply to emails, half the time. Avoid any bookings from them.
This App is useless. Cannot select country from drop down menus. (It used to be fine in the past) Users have been mentioning it here for months and no fix so far. This is really not acceptable from a national carrier. If you can't fix it just take down the App don't waste our time.
