When I click on "locate us", the app will flash back on Android Q device. Will update back to 5 stars once the issue was solved. Hope you could help fix, thanks~
Downloaded the App on Note 8 and Note 9 but didn't work. App installed on iPad but still not able to purchase ticket. It seems may have some jurisdiction limitations.
This application is useless because it always gets stuck at a stage of the booking process! I'd rather book through the website.
The app used to work great for booking tickets, now it won't open,it's stuck on the welcome aboard screen and says server not avaivable try later
The app is stuck with "Welcome Aboard" image and nothing else! Please fix this issue.
Does not remember passengers and worse reservations and multi steps and clicks to complete the transaction.
Doesn't even take 0/5 Doesn't work, and when you open it there's nothing but the welcome aboard page, that's it.

There is only selected stations...no option for mecca and medinah.how I can book for jeddah to mekah?
Booking not possible with Expat Iqama/Muqeem. Need to fix this issue.

Nice app, as an end user its very easy to buy train ticket but i see only an issue with free booking (most of the booking are not real travellers that causing other tenant's unable to allocate seat's )
