Good app that has greatly improved, & will give 5 stars once they get Android pay.

SRP Credit Union is fantastic. They beat the other credit unions and banks hands down. I can do all my banking online if I want to or there's always a branch open. Get paid on Thursdays not Friday's...That one day early makes my day. And they will work with you on any loan you might need at the lowest interest rates. Becoming a member was one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank You SRP! Totally happy Member....

Amounts displayed are often incorrect especially when using debit card.

Will not load crashes Before it loads worthless now. Why mess With something working to make crap. How the heck do you get support for this app I need it working... ASAP

My thumbprint log in hasn't worked for a while, didn't know what was wrong. I finally logged in and went to settings and it was off. I had to turn back on and re-set a print,, works great now

Only had one successful login in since the update. It won't recognize my thumbprint and I hate the new look!!

I transfer my funds around on a weekly basis and I used to be able to instantly see what I did and now I cannot. I liked the last version best, unless this can be corrected. I need real time results when I move funds around in between my accounts.

This app used to be great but now the mobile deposit function never works! Fix this problem please!

I updated and now it says to check my internet, which is working fine, and will not let me login at all.

I don't know what yall did to this app but it rarely ever works. My only suggestion is DON'T TRY AND FIX SOMETHING THAT IS NOT BROKE!

FIX THE FINGERPRINT ISSUE!!!

Please fix the camera focusing issue when submitting a mobile deposit. You should be bale to pick where the great camera on the NOTE 4 focuses. Most photos come out to blurry for the system to allow the deposit. *** update- can you please fix the mobile deposit issue of the camera not focusing yet still snapping the photo this is almost enough to cancel my accounts, yea it's petty but offering service that doesn't work is ridiculous

Love the app, especially since we live 2 hours away from the closest branch, BUT mobile deposit has worked and should still be working, there is no reason why it would need to be reinstated. It has an error every time now to retake the picture.

Mobile deposit hasn't worked for some time and it doesn't seem that the developer has any intention of fixing it. If it did work, it would probably be my most used feature of the app. Would rate higher if fixed. EDIT: mobile deposit is now working properly but ApplePay should be removed from the Android version. There is no need for it at all

Have a LG vista, android version 5.1.1 and still the mobile banking feature will not work. After downloading app for the 6th time, it still will not even open. I can and do get into main sight thru my phone but mobile deposit is what I need more than anything. Please get your computer people to write in a code to allow more types of operating systems. I might not have an IPhone or the latest model of smart phone but its less than a year old. It should work. Help

This app provides good functionality for viewing your balance and previous transactions, as well as making transfers very easy. HOWEVER the feature for depositing a check via the camera is horrible. At least on my Nexus 5X the camera was completely inverted and the flash does not activate automatically like other banking applications I've used when lighting is not sufficient. I don't care as much about the lighting, but please if at all possible, fix the camera being inverted. I gave up on trying to deposit my check that way and put the money into my secondary account that I don't use except for emergencies and this is a major inconvenience for me. The only other problem I have with it is the visual design. Sure, the app functions well (mostly), but it doesn't follow any material design and it doesn't seem like it's been updated since Android Jellybean, if that.

This app is a good tool. It was better with the mobile deposit feature but since the app ran a update it dropped the deposit off. I went by Credit Union and inquired, they said it should be there. I removed the app & reinstalled it. Still no mobile deposit. Smh.
