SRP Mobile

On my phone it is so irritating because when I have the check within the given area it continues saying move back to the point that you could put a large manilla envelope in the area and it continues saying move back. But I suppose it's my phone. In other words everything is fine with the app except for me it's always difficult to deposit checks.

This is very easy to use but with the recent update (July 18, 2021), it takes a full minute or even longer. Before hand, it went like a snap with vert few times it took up to a minute ~ which I understood since it wasn't constant.

The app is okay at best but certain things do not work as they should..Notification time being one of them. It doesnt notify you instantly when a change has been made as it should without the app being open. Instant notification is needed not one that will tell you 2 days late.

Works great for about a month then I can't open it. It keeps giving me a message that "SRP app has stopped". This is the second time I downloaded the app, both times it did the same thing. The message pops up even when I'm not trying to get it to come up. So I just use the website, never had a problem with it, yet.

I've never had an issue with the app. I have attempted to check my FICO score through the app & it doesn't work. I was told X2 by the bank it works from the website but didn't think it was a part of the app. I let them know it is an option for app but that's like telling a drive-thru employee @ McDonald's their website is wrong. Not the correct person to tell! They can't change it. So I didn't deduct stars since it sounds like it shouldn't be an option on app but think it should be removed.

Overall, the app works very well and quickly. However, while I can see scheduled bills, I cannot see pending payments under the bill pay option or in my account balance, resulting in several instances of my needing to pay overdraft fees.

Everything I need to stay connected. When I go to my branch the employees are always very helpful. I am showing a visa balance that was paid on December 30th thru a transfer payment. This account needs updating!!!!!Still not updated Jan 29, 2021.

It's been really having problems lately. I've been unable to log in and transfer my funds when at the store or gas pump. Now the fingerprint login keeps becoming disabled, even after deleting and re-downloading the app.

Idk what's going on with srp but seriously this has to be fixed. I can't log in on the app, can't log in on the web and the app refuses to update. The webpage just crashes saying the page can't be found. Like what's going on, I need access to my money and banking information and it's impossible to even get in. This is important information and you guys are literally making it impossible for people to access it. It's not the first time this has even happened. Whatever is going on please fix it.

The app is fine...i would have gave 4 stars but i didnt bc everytime i set up my fingerprint it works one time to unlock my phone then after that it doesnt work...other than that the app is easy to navigate .. everything u need in one...

Great for checking balances and transferring money. I have not tried other features. Oh yes, I am 77 years old and not technology savvy; the car loan application was frustrating, especially since I only wanted to know how much I was qualified to borrow for a used car. Okay, so now I am finished but don't know how to get out of it. Nothing says NEXT or FINISHED😕

Mobile deposit takes several minutes to complete, if they complete at all. And when you go to take the pictures of the check, it starts barking out orders in a computerized voice that you cannot disable.

I like that I can pay my truck payment. But I also have credit card payments that I cannot pay thought the app. If I could pay everything on the app with out having to contact the bank that would be great. I travel for work and often don't have enough time in my day to call the bank because I'm busy at work 12 to 16 hrs a day and don't think of it more times than I like during my day.

Excellent! Been using this app for 6 months now. And I never had any type of issues most banking apps has like slow connections, dropped services, or unavailable services. I recommend this app to all, who have an account with SRP.

Works fine I guess. Terrible overlay and hard to navigate. Bad menus and its hard to tell what the right thing to do is. Does what it needs to, but not well.

The invoice on my VISA Account says $10.00. I only owe $9.80. I have tried to pay $10.00 as requested for days. It cays try again later. This happened last month also. I only owed $4.80 and the invoice said I owed $5.00. I paid it, but it didn't go through so this month it doubled, with interest to $9.80.

App stops working. Keep having to download it repeatedly. I am sick of this app. I no longer have to repeatedly download app. It works fine now 12/17/2020.

It is very difficult to deposit checks via this app. I only use it to check my balances. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the CSRA and being able to deposit a check via the app important to me. Too bad the experience is now poor

Used it for several months and it is still super convenient, and it has never glitched on me. I can easily check my blance, transfer funds, deposit checks... and it's very intuitive.

Great. Best banking app for the best bank. SRP and the app are the easiest and best I've used. Due to my job I have used First Citizen, Enterprise and Regions. There is nothing wrong with their banking practices, their apps aren't always easy to use, especially between accounts with other account holders.

App has recently started having issues. Can't log in and access account information for extended amounts of time. I dont what has changed, but this is unacceptable!

It gets the job done, but the check deposit is one of the most frustrating things to accomplish. I sometimes waste more time trying to deposit a check via the app than it would take to just drive to the nearest branch.

It was okay until my fico score hasnt updated since December. Chat help said I probably needed to update my app. But when I go to it it says uninstall and open. So no update and still not updated fico score.

Still, user friendly and never any technical issues that I've seen. Works fine on my android device.

Does just what i need it to do, can transfer from account to account quickly and easy, look at every purchase you made, every deposit going in, and much more. SRP is the best, have never had an issue with them in my 6 almost 7 years of being with them. Keep killin it.
