Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, quickly report it and get estimated restoration times. You can also see areas out of power using the interactive outage map along with the cause and number of customers affected.

Brand new to this app and already can't stand it. Literally can't do anything on it. Every time I click my bill to view my bill or make a payment it crashes and I can't do anything with it. Have the most updated version and it's still full of bugs and useless.

The last version worked great. This new version sucks.Its layout is hard to read ➕ you have to keep touching & switching screens to see each bit of info. I want to open a screen see all of my info on 1 screen in an organized simple to the point line of information & be done with it the multi-touching/switching/have to hold your finger on it to keep the data visible sucks. I hate this App. now Stop changing what is NOT broken. Does your Tech Dept. just need something to do? Change it back!!!

App kills itself, I can't see my monthly usage because it just shuts off

The page goes blank when I click on the "make a payment" tab. ALWAYS! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I click on the tab, the screen shows up for a split second and goes blank. The past few payments I have to race and click the green make payment button before it goes blank. Oh, but after the payment has been scheduled....I can finally visit the page with no problems at all. This is a horrible experience, and this is how it had to be now. I hate this app.

All of a sudden since the update I am unable to see the daily lists past May 22nd. This app was very useful in helping me to decrease my usage however now that I can't see my usage the day before it doesn't help me at all. this is not good since we're going into the summertime when they double in almost triple the amount they charge us for electricity.

Continues to never show usage data in app and customer service just deflects saying they dont knkw why and to use the web version.

The app has no safeguards for making payments. While it is easy to make payments and keep up with your account, if it opens in your pocket or by someone else on your phone they can automatically make a payment from your bank account without you knowing. This could be avoided by having a secondary authorization password, but they dont. Then when you call customer service they say there is nothing they can do to fix the accidental payment. Do not use this app if this situation can happen to you.

Slow, clunky, not very useful. Login is incompatible with password managers, can't even paste my long, complex password into the login field, and switching apps to my password manager resets the srp app's login. Takes longer to load than any other app I use, usually doesn't actually show me any usage or payment info. Routinely ignores the back button. Doesn't do or show me anything I can't get from the website. Very half-baked. Not worth your time. Just use the website.

Well to enter account is easy but when trying to pay a partial payment. Automaticallybtries to charge for full amount. Overall love can send to my box for added electricity and among showing how many days before needing to add more on.

Lacking the most basic accessibility features. Won't allow me to paste my password from my password manager app. Won't allow me to type my password a few characters at a time while searching from the password manager and back again, it eases every time. Won't allow me to split screen with another app without reloading the app completely. So because I use strong randomly generated passwords with a password manager, there's no way for me to log in without writing my password down on paper first.

The app no longer recognizes my credentials to log in. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as resetting my password. I can log in online with no issues, but the app is useless.

The app is not very acclessible for talkback users. for thosue who do not know what talkaback is it's the same as voice over on the IOS platform. It reads the user name and password field but when you try to log in, it sists there and does noting. we have tried with keyboard and without a blutooth keyboard and it is still njot very accessible. the app needs a lot of improvements to make it accessible for blind users. you will have to use the google accessability scanner papp. it's for developers.

The only useful feature of this app is the outage map. If you have solar, it can''t show usage, only charges. The company is really not friendly to solar users, so if you are trying to find the demand charges (fees for using too much at once), you can't find that anywhere on this app or even online. The app is functional, but not very useful.

Terrible experience on Android. I've never seen an app be this terrible, but leave it to SRP. Doesn't remember credentials, doesn't show useful information if you can even login. And this has to be the first app I've ever seen that restricts copy and paste of passwords. It's 2020 SRP, banking apps allow this! Get with the times, people use password managers. You need to cooperate. I shouldn't have to run dual apps with my password manager to type my password.

Got an email from SRP saying there is now an app that you can make payments through more easily than the website and it's bcuz customers talked and SRP listened! Excited for an easier payment option I download the app. If I could give negative stars I would. Went to open the app and literally is an SRP logo screen, completely frozen and does nothing. I've already deleted the app n will be leary to bother in the future if promised glitches have been fixed. Downloaded to Android fyi.

It is a very well designed app, I like being able to pay my bill and look at my daily usages, plus it gives you an estimate of what your next bill will be based off of daily usage and it is highly accurate.

Love it. It's easy to use and looks nice. Being able to easily and quickly see how much electricity is being used hourly, daily, and monthly is very helpful. I've been able to save money because of this app.

Usage data no longer shows up on app even though I see it on website. Timing seems related to adding solar. Password manager works fine for me.

Barely functional. Date selection for viewing power usage by hour or day does not work. This completely defeats the propose of the app. My suggestion is to just use the website instead.

Terrible app. Doesn't work with my password manager - password resets when typing. After 7 minutes- I couldn't log in. Worst app so far. Worked fine for iphone, but seems SRP ignores the advancement of its Android platform.

Cant pay my bill (app crashes when you select My Bill). Looks nice, easy to use and adding account was easy but thats all useless if I cant pay lol.

This is the worst app I've ever used. It never works properly and I end up having to call to make a payment. It shouldn't be that difficult for someone to take my money! The other payment apps I use work great but not SRP's! The geeks involved should be fired.

Update removed biometric login; either always logged in immediate access or you have to log in every time and won't get notifications. Poor transition prior app was better

Used to be very good and easy to pay my bills, since last update app doesn't notify me of payment reminders, or even show my balances. So now I have to pay my bill via calling SRP directly. The app is pretty much useless at this point.

No copy and paste from password managers. App clears password field if you switch app windows to view the password manager. We don't need SRP to contact us about tech support on this, it is very clear, bring the app to modern standards and fix this.

it worked great for 3 weeks, unfortunatelly after the update it does not work, I tried erasing app and downloading it again and still wont let me log in, wont go past blue screen blinking SRP, Please fix this issue.

This app looks even more dated and hard to use than the version it replaced. Please do your customers a favor and invest in a software development firm that "gets" charts and good XD experience.
