I already sell prepaid including international prepaid, paybill using this apps for more than 7 years. For the negatives % profit gain, or losses you need to check it with the supplier/introducer. For this new version, it's internet banking sometimes doesn't work.
Long respond time, and cant be used sometimes. Not user friendly. Need to connect to printer everytime to print even for the same login. Topup credit takes more than 4 hours from the submit time. Just several time it respond quickly. Careline not so helpful and rude sometimes

Great app with nice features. I pay bills & do my prepaid top-up via this app using server key RakanPay. Got nice discounts for most of the bills & top-up that I paid. My monthly billing is around RM600 to RM700. With this app and using server key RakanPay, I save money every month almost RM10 - RM20 in average if compare paying it directly to the biller. disappointed agian and again!!!.......its not resolved. 1. i fill up my information verify account it always said 'please verify your account 2. everytime i used bank in or banking online method its always take hours to credit into my srs's account its annoying me 3. news problem i cant open apps at all..how long i must bear with it...please fix it.. for improvement i think you can tell us how much we pay for every time we make transaction..thankyou
This up is easy to use. However is. Still need to improve few think for exp. The item sell in this app. And also the app connection with user device . And to much empty picture. And please improve payment selection.
cannot upload existing photo... how damn are you developer ?, and also you forgot to ask permission again after user reject the first permission request, causing the app to stop after user click function "verify account" that request a permission for eg: upload photo, access storage... or you never consider that outcome? newbies.... are you sure you already done software testing before public this app?
after the latest update the apps keep crashing.. i need to revariefy my account but when submit it keep stop working. and i register new agent. after taking the fees. my agent doesn't get any sms for password.. please fix this and guide me. TQ
can't verify my account. can't upload photo. can't change profile photo. can't use the biometric login because device not support? seriously? my phone using finger print for lock but not support? lol funny stupid app. fix it. so worst.
Slow. Sometimes cannot check status. Printer need to connect everytime. Please give an update to fix this problem.
This is scam.. After paid i didn't get any password or anything to register.. Beware.. SCAMMER.. I even send a lot of email but didn't get any reply from them.. It's been more than 2 weeks..
I don't have any problem with this apps topup smooth pay bills only take few hours to clear the only problem is to view sales report... Kindly fix it I change to five star..
Cannot make payment on tmbill, after press check bill, its loading and cannot continue to next page... please revise back the issues... thank you... will give 5 star if the issues resolved...
Top customer service. Any prob just give you the serial and pin and ask you to settle with telco! None of their business!!! Excellent!
The money topup very slow. There are 2 maxis bill. Which one is for postpaid phone not home fibre. I'm confusing
can't connect my bluetooth printer
My internet connection is stable but it says cannot log in bc of no internet connection. Weird. It's been 3 days. Even after reinstall.
Very dissappointing lot of disruptions recently...keeps saying no internet connection...customer service helpline takes so long to address the problem or to answer msgs today from 6.45 pm till now 11.08pm not working if use webserver there is no receipts...difficult when selling today had to turn many customers away...so very disappointing getting worse this app

Please update this app. It keep turning my bluetooth printer off after topup transaction. Have to reprint the receipt through sales history
why i cant check my transaction? i put in the start date (the past date) and the end date (today) i put in the phone number tht i want to check but nothing comes out. Hard to know wether cust. number hve been top up or not.
how to reset password?already installed apps in my phone,but forgor password and i cant click on forgot password,which is i dont know why..please tell me other way to reset password..and my friend also having a same proble about reset password..he can reset,but the massege send to him not easy to understand..its a not telling which one is the passwod need to key..some messy word..
Best app... I can help others in emergency time although its already amongs midnight... A service by the company also fast even i have to buy an extra creadit at around midnight... Very satisfied
b***** , forever "Completed" , never turn to "Success" , i wasted RM 10.00 in my credit and i have to compensate costumer RM 10.00 in cash , it is double of my loss. and i discovered there is a lot of agents selling this discounted reload in shopee , they gave costumers earn 2% and they earn 3% in total so there will be 1% net gain.

Just bank in around 3k and start selling topup and topup pin. Suddenly logout and said my password incorrect. I'm in the middle selling! Which customer waiting for me to topup. Try to reset password no receive OTP. TRY TO CALL, MESSAGE & WHATSAPP, NO ANSWER OR ANY FEEDBACK AT ALL! Come on, is this your customer service?
