WORST BUS SERVICE EVER. The worst travellling I experienced ever was with srs. I am girl and was travelling alone. They made me wait 2 hours in some hotel to board the bus. On top of that they arrived to a different place and asking me to come there AT NIGHT. I was in a different city and the experience was really terryfying. That was my first and last travel in srs.
I would suggest you improve ui of the app as your competitor sugama, and other private transport services have great user friendly apps, in this era, app is everything. The better you design it the better you get the customers.
The worst service ever I received in travelling Banglore to Trivandrum... Journey starting time was 8.45 pm yesterday the bus started at 11pm.. Not punctual and not customer friendly... The help desk number which provided in message alert is never connecting itself. Never ever recommend any friend for this travel service... The excuses giving as only because of traffic block, but we can see other travels follow the time max with 30 min difference. The worst service ever I faced. No more SRS.
This bus service is too bad. The AC vent kicks out a black fine dust, lights, plug points don't work. I had a very bad experience. My shirt was tinted with Black dirt and it was a horrible experience. If any one having Astama wants to travel then please reconsider as you may get sufocated...
I am not sure what to rate, i just downloadedthis app.. lol! I cant book any bus as the search results shows "the booking is not opened for this date, please visit after sometime"... Neither future dates nor "tomorrow" option works... Whats wrong with this app?? Booking bus is a basic need and i dont understand why such apps are developed...
One more bad review to srs, today's my travel, the bus was suppose to reach destination at 11:00 AM but it reached at 5:00 PM, which is not at all good and as usual no clean mentioned and no any message of bus number or driver contact details.
Bus is delayed by 1 hr, no update about the bus and don't even know whether it's cancelled or not. No contact no to contact driver. Tried reaching out to the SRS support, they are also not responding.Imagine single lady traveling and has to wait alone in the night .Tried panick button and that's for name sake. Prefere VRL.
the service they provide is not at all worth it.. they dont care about comfort of passengers.. I travelled for once and the blanket they gave consists of bed bugs and I asked them to change it.. what all they did is the driver got down from the bus and tried to whip the blanket in air twice and gave me the same blanket..and I showed him they are still there and he said he had only one per seat and cannot provide new one.. and you can sweat in AC bus.. 👃 please don't even look for it.. Its genuin
Good. I suggest SRS team to add return tickets option so that the details like address and contacts are filled at once. this will enable single payment transaction as well instead of multiple.
There is an bed bugs (khatmal) on seats and blanket and my family was very infected through coming from the journey... Never ever get a journey without checking the seats or blankets and mates also.
worst transport service..Waiting for bus from last 90 mins .. Standing like a dog in mid of road. no updates from travels, given helpline numbers wont reach. this will be my last travel with SRS..local transport people gives better service than branded SRS.. just its waste money
This app doesnot mention no of stops it makes to reach the destination. Like If you book ticket from Bangalore to belgaum if it goes via Hubli Dharwad , there is no option to know it.
The app is all good i have concerns regarding services. i had been traveling with SRS since past 3 years and this is my last journey with SRS. They have never ever been on time . if the destination time says 9 PM on bus profile believe me they will take 2 hours extra. Every time they have a reason to give & Sorry to say.
Bad i cant see my ticket status through prn # it is not recognising. It is actually a goods carrier. But they take customers too. This is not travelling service. Instead of this Its better to take road side truck nd travel
We started a trip on an AC bus and it broke down. It happens!.. We were 4 hrs into the trip and had to wait 5 hrs til the replacement NON AC bus arrived. Apparently the new driver doesn't know the way and has spent more time taking unwanted u turns than driving. I boarded the bus yesterday at 10 in the evening. The planned arrival time was 6 in the morning. The time is now 3:30 pm. I am in still in the bus. This is hands down THE WORST JOURNEY I've had.
Worst travels. I booked a ticket for the journey pune to hospet. I got a messgae that they cancelled the bus. In the message they said that it was due to bus breakdown. I got the message in morning whereas my journey was at night. I called customer care. The customer care was rude and he simply said that due to less passengers they cancelled the bus. Never rely on this travel. This is fraud travels
Very very worst. Most of the drivers are so rude and they think passengers are slave. There are some good and exceptional drivers but rarely you get.
Pick up one vehicle and after that bus and drop point before we stop the vehicle at SRS travels office than move to other vehicles.when the time mentioned is time it is not correct more than 3 hours late I hate this travels
Cheaters. My bus was cancelled and they said they will give refund. 9 days went and i didnt got refund. When i contacted their cc, he said i will get a refund in 24 hrs. Instead i got a coupon which was useless for me. Big fraud they are. Beware of them.
Very unpunctual about the timing. Not to prefer for long routes. Drivers and Kinners are very rude.
This App is not working for last few month's. Can you please check and fix this.

No bus tracker is working, bus delay more than one hour, service is very poor and staff people at chunabatti behaves very rudely.
It is given 5% flat offer but when I booked, total amount debited from my account. It happened 2 times.
It is one of the worst travel company. Bus will gets late by 2-3 hours but you will not recieve any information, they won't provide you conductor number. You have to call, their call centre any they have no idea about the bus, so they will tell you it is on the way, in 5 min it will be there.
The worst travel service ever. They don't check the bus before travel and incase it breaks down in between they have no resources to transport the passengers through other modes.. we had to wait for 6 hours on a highway in the middle of the night and then travel by ourselves in a govt bus. They don't even respond to calls/mails. Would never recommend such a horrible service to anyone. They aren't even worth giving a rating.
