SRV Canada VRS

This is the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't work without permission to take all my contacts and media storage info. I don't want my information sold, and I don't need my device contacts to be included in or combined with my VRS contacts. I also requested a password reset but got an email with nonsense. Are they in kindergarten? Even little kids know more English than whoever wrote that email.

White screen with red top bar frozen all the time all day... you have to use Force stop to start re opening app... and screen don't flash most of time. I always miss call. Poor design... they need to avoid Ives platform.

first problem is that I am not Deaf or hard of hearing etc but would to communicate with my Deaf son who does prefer this app. .why do I have to lie to sign up?? Second...when you send me an activation code I lose the capacity to go back and put it in. i end up creating my account again...ridiculous!

This is super helpful to make a VRS call to anyone who I need to contact with! I am happy with my VRS service! Thanks for all you do to make this awesome app in my android phone and my Macbook Air laptop! :)

It's rather buggy. Sometime I need to force stop app in order to be able to type in login or password field.

good only deaf/hearing nice. i understand call video. some don't know name and school and hotel and restaurant and hospitality. i learn rules

Some operators are unprofessional and awfully rude. I am not impressed with their professionalism.

Its was so amazing that I learned to how can I helped for easy communication with Asl interpreters there is ready and set up anywhere

Getting your calls thru emails, cool! But trouble with signing in.

Downloaded on laptop - failed, downloaded on tablet - failed. Big disappointment. Doesn't even deserve a star at all.

App keep crashing down. That is definely not good...

It is useful! There have two different ASL and LSQ intpreters.

cant understand problem with username and password plus username and email address invalid . couldnt reset due with chrome problem in andriod?

Help me to getting in busniess and fix my life with things

This is an awesome app. However, for Pixel phones, the app keeps crashing every time I press call or other button. I prefer portrait view over landscape view just like iPhone because the keypad gets messed up and UI design is really bad. Please fix these issues immediately. I can't be able to call for months!

Too many bugs and there no SSL not safely privacy security.

It was good service for VRS. They always leave a message video missed call. It was helpful.

They are problem for account not found. I did put to login and password well. But account not found. How to solve fix to apps open....

I don't understand this!!!! I did put my email and password and it's saying it can't enter account sign up. I searched this app but there is no help info. I don't know what to do with this app. I quit this. Who created this app should know better.
