SRX Home Search
It is an integrated app that allows consumers to access the Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX) location-based search engine, X-Value for pricing homes, and short list over 100,000 residential listings.
In addition, the consumer can share listings, notes, and photos with family and friend and professionals (i.e., agents, mortgage bankers, etc.) across separate and secure communication channels.

The X-value and % change is really inaccurate. It can suddenly change in X-value but showing % as no change. A personal market research (caveat + units on sale market check) also shows that the result shown does not really tally with the actual trend. Serious improvement hence needed! The App needs to enable more properties entrance for owner with multiple properties as well.
Great to find undervalued properties for investment in Singapore. I have been a long time user of X-value. It is straightforward to find out property sales value and rental. It is perfect for HDB & Condo. With recent updates, the app seems more stable. Tons of new features have added in e.g. Live chat, shortlist the units, hot project, map view. The app has improved a lot. Highly recommended 🙂
This is an amazing app that helps a lot with property issues. Its like property ultimate guide. Plus, it contains lots of explaining photos from inside any residence you want. I highly recommend installing and using it!
I really don't mean to be so harsh but man this app crashes non-stop, almost like it were coded to do so or something. It doesn't help its case when 99.co's app is way more stable and fluid.

Very nice app to seach for real estate listings. Photos are amazingly accurate and include drone shots and 360 degree views. Time saver!
After installing twice in Android in separate weeks, app still cannot work. It can't even be started. Had no problems with other apps installed
FIXED (The application crashes when pressing "back" within the interface or via the Android phone.) Everything is working fine now

Agents does not provide more comprehensive information especially floor plans and race eligibility which are the top importance. Why make buyers ask if chinese is eligible and end up cannot when it is not stated in the listings? Why make buyers ask for floor plan and end up wasting time getting from agents or going down to see but realised doesn't suit the buyers? Think must at least make these two compulsory for their listings... WORST OF ALL, MANY LISTINGS ARE SOLD AND STILL THERE!
Ads by agents has no QC check. Rental post will appear on the sale page. HDB posting also appear on the condo listings. There is no way to report mislisting post nor to report out-dated post (Ie. Sold units). Thus making this app quite inefficient in search for house.
