App is broken since SSFCU updated their back end system and changed usernames. Needs resolution.
Funny how you always get an error message after an online deposit when it's really just processing the deposit ... don't understand why someone can't change that script
I cannot log in via app only on a PC can I assess my accounts but I am not always around a PC!! Please update app
The old app. Worked great. I can't even log into those one. Won't let me create a password, no matter how many letters, number, upper/lower case, and special characters I use. Garbage !!!
Love this app makes paydays easier
I type my password in multiple times and get a login failed error but when I go to a computer, I can immediately login. The app is unreliable...
When I first downloaded I had no problems and used it all the time. Now I can no longer log in. I get a login error message every time. I've tried reseting my password and uninstalling and reinstalling, but still no luck.
Love how the app keeps you up to date on what's available and what's pending. I have another bank as well and I'm never sure what's available or what's still pending which causes me to frequently od!
