Great app! Easy to use and works perfectly on my S20. I tried another app before this, which implemented just about every kind of server in the world, had a million options, and I could never get it working. I had this one up and running in no time. I'm using it to mount my phone from linux using sshfs. Then I use my favorite open source file syncing application, JFileSync to synchronize music and pictures between my PC and phone. No cable required. I also tried with FileZilla as an SFTP client and it works great. This solves a major headache for me. Windows changed the way it mounts phones a while ago. Instead of mounting as a storage device, it now uses MTP. So, applications that expect to see a storage device don't work anymore. Mounting the phone from linux is even more ridiculous. It works sometimes, but usually ends up totally freezing. People started reporting this bug on linux like five years ago with no fix in sight. Who knew syncing files with my phone over a USB cable would become such a nightmare? This app solves all that nonsense and eliminates the cable.
Top class app that can create a SSH server that can be accessed securely from other devices. File transfers are secure and fast. Full marks, although I wish they added a feature that allows the server to turn on automatically when the device is connected to a power source.
Very awesome application. It has helped many times when my phone Is left at the office and I need to access files in a secure manner. 5 stars all the way... consider adding an option to password lock the application
Works exactly as expected, easy to setup and configure. Within minutes I had SSH and SFTP access to my Android TV. Awesome!
Does not work on my S6 and dont know why. I can ping the phone. "name or service unkown" Its not registering the port or something.
its keep disconnecting even when " Keep server running even if screen locked" is checked 😢
No logfiles available. Server refuses connection from LTE even though iptables are set. Should have much more options for that price. Guess I'll have to use my old terminal emulator with openssh
Ssh server works but there is no option for root access. This option is needed for a 5 star paid app.
works well on wifi but no connection over LTE
Stable and straight forward, cannot ask for much more.
Need to support key file authentication per user
Works for me without any issues.
Great app, but one very important feature to me doesn't want to work on my nVidia Shield TV box - auto start of the SSH server. Every time I reboot my box, the SSH server shows as not running or not able to accept connections. I keep all options to auto start the server enabled, but still they don't auto start it after reboot. If this is not fixed in the near future I'll be switching to the similar apps from other providers where auto start feature works 100% on my box. Other than that, it's a very useful, good working and practical tool.
