I must have tried a dozen SSH clients for my Samsung tablet, many never connected to any of my Linux servers. The few that did never connected after the first time. This one is simple but it just works every time on my Galaxy Tab S.

I can connect to the server just fine but when it prompts for the password I type it in, press enter and then it just repeatedly prompts again and again. Please fix this it looks like a nice app just needs this bug and it would be good

Failed to connect to ANY of my servers with no indication of why. Pointless app ..... Took a while but I found the problem. For some reason my tablet (Android 4.4.4) is unable to resolve names of local servers. This is not the fault of sshclient as it affects all apps. So long as I use [email protected] type address it connects and works excellently and is now my client of preference for accessing my servers. Have changed rating to 5 stars as problem is android.
