The app will no longer let me download anything from the drive. I can upload to it and see everything on it. But when I try to download from it, it keeps saying error. I have been in contact with the company but as of yet no solution. So I have a useless drive thats cost me £160 and I can't download any of my photos ect. Ridiculous.
This app is more frustrating than anything else. disconnects from your drive around every 400mb uploaded. Here are some suggestions: show duplicate files and ask to keep/upload/delete. An option to choose/rename which folder to upload to. Be able to schedule updates. Also once your done uploading verify the data and then ask to remove it from your cell. I have never written a bad review before but this was very frustrating to me.
Worked for a couple of weeks then the app would not open. Was half charged, topped off the charge and rebooted my phone and now works. Seems to only work with their app. I can take movies of my choosing on a flight and the whole family watch what they like, not stuck with airline's selection.
I have it hooked to my tablet and my phone and also a older external and i can access anywhere. Wife uploads movies on it for me and i watch over the road. Can access drive anywhere.. Some plsces may be slow due to my connection but i never have a problem. Wish the user interface was a bit more user friendly. But itndoes what i want it to do. And keeps my phone clea by uploadingmy pictures when ever i connect. Also useful if my phone crashes. I have all my data ina folder i cqn download.
It's OK could be a lot better. I don't really trust this but no choice but use for now till I find a way to put a linux version which I trust more. Becoming an issue of trust and it's a Chinese company that has to give any information to it's government is bad and that's why I don't or started not trusting anything that is based in China. Otherwise i am using online offline only as I don't know what's being sent from this and it's worrying that I've had a few problems with it.
You products suck. The app is unstable on pc and smart phone. Will not connect to an open network that requires acknowledgement when redirected. Constantly says i need to connect when I am connected....so then it will not connect to the main wifi. Fix your protocols so it knows its connected and can accept a redirect on an open network...
Good easy way to quickly transfer some files. However not a full featured backup solution (Cannot be expected at this price anyway). Would need something like favorite transfer destinations settings that you can set up...
Could be better, this device does not work with phone or pc properly, lots of errors connecting device
The older version of this app used to work, but the latest one is useless. To download a 700 mb movie would take overnight. Now all my data is in accessable!
Terrible user interface. I cannot remote connect to my hard drive. It says I'm connected and nothing shows up. Instructions that came with the hard drive are worthless. Terrible English.
A password is required initially, but then it is not accepted, so I'm not allowed into the app.
It crashes constantly and drains battery very fast. I don't understand why a product that seems to be an excellent option uses this app full of bugs. Shame
Had this over a year now and it is impossible to get my SSK drive working properly.
Extremely complicated and the instructions don't guide you well at all. I wish it were better but I will be returning the device unfortunately

Cant see my photos horizontaly in full display because the function to rotate the display is canceled in your wiever and I cant use any alternative wiever. I am very dissapointed and your HD became completely unusible for me.
Terrible and pretty much everything including downloading it on windows don't functions as you expected. I wouldn't recommending buying their product for wireless file sharing.
MY app doesnt work remotely . Only when I am in the same Local network as the device. Useless. I don't need the SSK device if I will be accessing my files locally.

App shuts down as soon as it opens on my tablet uninstalled reinstalled still does it so hard drive is useless too me
Video "Backup" fails every time. 3rd party file managers do a better job.

Great, back up from my mobilephone to hard drive easily.Fast speed.
App is terrible. No features! Unit only works as a regular plug in external drive. No reason to buy it over a Western Digital or other brand! Can't even use the USB port to connect an SD card reader and copy files from an SD card to the drive (only reason I bought it). If company doesn't update the software really fast to make it actually work well see an honest plaster review on Amazon and YouTube. So far... Trash ripoff. Do not buy till theyb fix the software!
