SSL Trading App for SmartPhone

Develop every thing buying, selling, fund position, holdings, average price purchased etc available in one screen. Kite app is necessary. For the beginners it is very difficult. All my data is showing wrong figures

Very Complicated, Confusing and Energy hungry application. Clearly not well optimised for day long use of battery once charged. Doesn't provide much information about trends of a particular stock like other applications. Surely not the most user friendly application I have ever used. But on positive side, quite secure and reliable application. Recently the app has stopped showing anount invested and current worth simultaneously. On the days when market is closed, shows net worth ZERO.

Worst app and worst company ever. I did not get the kit after opening my account. I was informed I had to get it from their branch. I was unable to do so. I thought of using this mobile app but I can't log in. I have tried calling customer care hundreds of times but to no avail. The app does not proceed after the forgot password option as well. This is so frustrating!!

Great app, it is user friendly,with no time lags, works smoothly and very much reliable .I must say Trading in share market became more easier with this app as everything comes in handy. Seamless experience. Thanks👍

Overall experience is that the app is required to be modified in such a way that all changes must be automatically reflect everywhere. For example, if anyone buy something online that is not reflecting or modifying at all relevant places. If such things are seriously taken up the app can be good.

SSL literally gave the best platform to trade with easy user interface, its so easy to understand the app and easy to deposit and withdraw funds without any issues. I literally tried other brokers but i genuinely can use those brokers application because of such complicated interface. SSL is completely honest in sharing the digital contract note without a fail everyday. The contract note contains all the necessary information( Date of Trade, Time of trade, the company name of whose shares are bought, Quantity of shares bought, the price at which share is bought etc.) Thank You SSL you made trading so easy

Pathetic !! The worst app ever. Hell slow, hangs more often than it sluggishly works and makes sure the traders are unable to proceed with desired trade deals resulting in monetary losses. But what option do we have....stuck with this app like a thorn in flesh !! This app can surely be synonym for a snail or a tortoise....but irony is the app always wins and the customer/trader always loses.

Horrible to trade using this app. Order book and net possion shown as empty after 3'o clock. So we cant check or modify the order. We have to relogin for doing the same. Again the samething happen after an action. It caused huge loss to me.

Worst and antique app. IPO listing never updated on listing day. Crediting online tranafer of amount takes days whereas other brokers app it is credited on realtime basis. Contact icon there in the app. Nobody answer your call. Worst in the financial app. No development even after reports. Transfered amount not reflects in ledger. Hence trading blocked due to debit. No impact for the mail to grievances.

This App really needs improvement. It should have the feature of telling the Intial Buy amount of share. As the user is unable to remember or trace the initial bought amount of share which bought some time ago i.e long term. This app should also include the feature of maintaining budget i.e total amount of brokerage, total profit or loss based on the filtered date.Adding and Withdrawal process of money should be made easy. Should include UPI other lagging of app also needs to improve Improve it.

Its the worst App ever used.There is no negative rating else would have given same. Good opportunity are lost. Not able to set password from app. Neither recd on Email or by SMS. Always have to call customer care at times even they dont respond to call. I guess its better, will need to go for other stock broker.Regretting...

I am unable to open the app it is showing basic netnet licence require what is this. Now it is updating and we are facing lots of problem. immediately it require proper improvement to give relief to the user of shcil customer. I donot know whether the authority is looking after the app. No assistance received from the local authority.

Excellent App. Smooth working. User friendly. So many good and useful features are there in one single application. One must use this app for trading purpose.

App only good to see portfolio and current valuation during trading days. Takes a holiday on weekends as birthright. Don't know how it can help trade if it does not show any charts comparisons, Technical analysis or Fundamental analysis. What kind of app is it supposed to be...Just a ledger for portfolio. Buy and Sell without any data. Terrible to call it a trading platform app.

There is always sudden disappearance of the screen. The stocks are not shown properly. The app is not a reliable one as it involves money transfer

Not working properly with latest samsung a73 5g handset properly . It gets blank on login... app is bad & old with too much problems... either close my account or update your app... very bad..

The app seems to have crashed - it's not moving ahead from the startup blank screen. Tried reinstalling - installing on a different phone and is. Same problem

HUGE MISTAKE opening an account with this company. An absolute Blunder on my part. Edit 2: 23rd Aug 2021. App is not working. Their online platform has issues since three weeks. Customer care is USELESS. Mailing these people is a waste effort. Edit1: Updated the app on 13th Aug 2021. STILL CANT LOGIN. These people are beyond pathetic. App has its issues which makes it useless. What can one do with an app that does not open?

useless app. never opens in time. going to close my demat account in shcil due to the app. also it asks for uname, password and then dob or pan num as if we are storing secret info in this. even banking apps allow u to login with only 4 digit password.

It is such a rubbish app that it should be delisted from play store. On opening the app it says to update it whereas there is no option to update it on playstore. There is no option of negative star otherwise i would have given it. I am not able to use this app nor there is any support.

Very Slow. No customer support. Do not receive the call at the landline number given in the app. No email to connect. Very unprofessional.

1. Mobile app shows my holdings 0. 2. It's almost a month and my mobile number has not been updated. 3. Staff always keeps saying that call me after 4pm I'll solve the issue but they don't pick up after that. 4. Every complaint has only one ans... We've forwarded this to out higher office it'll get solved in a few days they don't really understand the meaning of the word 'feel 5.
