Now with an improved look and added features, this new version offers SSS members a more convenient way to do the following using any mobile device:
o Generate or edit and inquire for the Payment Reference Number
o View membership information and update contact information
o View status and breakdown of total contributions
o Apply for salary loan
o Submit maternity notification
o Know the address of SSS branches with their pinned locations on a map
o Access the My.SSS Beta version to create a web account (for users not registered to My.SSS)

Satisfied for a reason that it's so convenient however, we would be more satisfied if after we pay via gcash/paymaya, there's a way thay we will automatically receive an email so it's very handy since we don't need to fill out manually our email address because I encountered a scenario where the page isn't loading and didn't receive a confirmation. I'm hoping you could add this feature on your app. Thank you! 👍
Previous loans details like payment details should not be removed from online access. The loan I never received was just canceled and now the payments cannot be refunded. I was told I need to present the receipt for each payment. And how can I do that when the company where I worked for is the one making a payment for this (auto debit) every payout. SSS easily accept my money and now you cannot even refund me and now I need more papers to present. Bad service over all.
It's not letting me use the app all of a sudden. An automatic message pop up everytime "account locked" but I can use the sss website. There's no problem with my account. This app is useless
Trying to log in for several times and always temporarily unvailable . It looks like it will took forever unavailable. This happens all the time when you needed the most to access your account but you can't because of the system that is always messed up. Do something about it . Improve you mobile app. Instead of giving your member a headache please give them convenience.
I have been applying for a salary loan. But your system is nkt accepting it since my features physically was different from the valid ID's I have. You also do not have any option for me to go to any branch to file the loan instead because you do not support that anymore. Your helpdesk is also not helpful. I have submitted a ticket but it was already 3 days I never heard from you. So what will I do now SSS? I THOUGHT ITS CONVENIENT PROCESSING ALL IN ONLINE. SEEMS THAT IT'S A LOT WORSE!!
Can't enroll a disbursement account. Evrytime I'm on the last step and click "Enroll", it prompts that session has timed out and I have to log in again??? Fix what's necessary. Stop with the useless updates
What is the purpose of having this app? When logged in and wanted to do something like changing details or enrolling disbursement account its still telling us to log in on the website . If that's the case you shouldn't have made this app . Just dissappointed. Been trying to apply for salary loan since March .
I like the old version better than this new one. The old version, I was able to apply a salary loan. But this new app, features are for me insignificant.

I want to see the list of my beneficiaries on my account.. so far both online and the app does not show those information i hope those information would be integrated.
Very useless app. The old version is better. Not user-friendly. I cant check my loan eligibility as app is no responding despite the very fast internet connection. Tried using 3 phones. Uselessssss.
The last time I used it, it was okay. Now I'm trying to log in, it's not working..why is that? It says that the username/password is invalid while it is the correct details that I've been using for quite some time now. I tried if for 2 days now. Can you please fix it so we can use it for paying our dues. OFW here.
Why does SSS suddenly requires us to submit E4 form for change of info when no info has changed in the profile? Can't apply for loan because of this. I saw some people's comments on the internet talking about the same problem. They even went to the nearest SSS branches but were told to just wait for an update from SSS since they didn't make any changes. Frustrating!
I must say this app improved a lot and easier to use. Very helpful because I don't need to fall in line and wait too long for my turn for querries. Now better.
One of the most useless app that the government would create now where's all the budget the came from us the people of the Philippines the app is trash you won't be able to do all the normal things that you could do in the website even the website is trash the developer of this app is also trash no improvement at all this app has been running for years now and still trash.
Im unable to update my contact information using the app. Tho my contact details are still up to date, the app is requiring me to make an update before a salary loan request.
The application is not working, when I try to enter my username and password it often says invalid userid and password. But my information is working fine when I login directly to SSS website.
Why I can't access to the app. I tries to uninstall and re-install, still got the same results. I already updated my phone to new version, still can't access with it. I think you should fix the issue in the app, kinda frustrating this kind of services.
I was enjoying the app until it got updated. I kept getting lots of error messages e.g. Invalid Token, Something went wrong etc. And this is irritatingly recurring at the expense of my time. Very very inconvenient. Now I have to switch to the SS online where navigation is infinite.
Even in 2022, changing password is still the most difficult thing to do. Wanna try to update the rules of it to "until the user decided to change the password" and not every 30 or 90 days it will expire??? its ok if it expires that easily if your system is sending the password right away but its not. it will still take 2-3 days that is sooo outdated, dont you think? I installed the app and now it says temporarily unavailable. Revamp your IT maybe perhaps?
It is useless. I installed this app last year to easily access my account but wth you doing now, everytime I tried, there's a pop up message says "temporarily unavailable try again later", btw, how many months do you mean with the "temporarily". Such a useless app such a mess on my phone
I paid contribution through online payment. It appears cancelled but it did not return the amount paid in my e-wallet. I hope they can resolve the issue. Earning money is not easy. I hope they will return the money if the transaction is failed or cancelled.
So many issues using this app. It was really unsafe. I paid my premiums through this app, I was deducted in my savings account, to my surprise, it was not recorded. Or in the app, it was reflecting cancel payment. Tried sending email but SSS not responsive.
Wth is the problem with this app! I tried to log in multiple times using correct informations but it was denied! I updated the password and even the app itself but nothing changed. I even had a screenshot so there's no way for me to forget the password I made! very annoying now it won't even let you post your comment without giving a star, I wish I could give 0. How inconvenient!!! Totally disgusting!!!
Its Useless . I cannot use the app and same with using the web. It keeps saying i need to change my password and when i did change and follow the needed requirement like Alpha Numeric and 8 characters it keeps saying its the same password like my old ones when i even tried to put complete different password like BullshitSSS22 still it won't go through and keeps saying its the same with my old when none of it is as close as the old ones i had. Its frustrating and irritatingly Useless website now
Paid with gcash using this app. Upon completing the payment and receiving text from gcash that the payment was successful, i clicked back to merchant. SSS app crashed. When I opened the app again, no payment was posted and clicking generate prn, it's still asking me to pay the same month I just paid for. No response when contacted. I don't understand why payment was not credited when all transactions were already completed before their app crashed. Gcash had already deducted the payment too
It's been months i cannot pay my contribution through online, pls kindly fix the issue, paying online is very useful especially for us OFW's...
This app doesn't allow me to update simple information. To update your contact number, you still have to go to their office to submit E4! This kind of information should be done online for member's convenience! The old version allowed us to update contact details but you keep on upgrading the app to provide worst service. If there is worst than giving 1 star, you deserve it.
Cannot use the app. Been trying to log my acc in but says my userid or password is incorrect when details given are 100% sure and correct. Been changing my password every now and then whenever trying to log in due to the same stupid reason userid and password is incorrect. The app cannot recognize the most recent changes even if it is just few sec only. Please do something, cannot generate PRN in the Browser, it's better to do transactions w/in the app. God bless!
