The app is not very good, the Lake Street bus has not once been accurate in the past 6 months,it is always 12 minutes behind which is frustrating. Purchasing tickets is also a hassle because sometimes the app decides not to work and needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work again. I only really use it for the Lake Street bus and purchasing tickets, which is why my review is so low as it fails both of those things frequently.

I have used this app numerous times and no complaints there. Since you have been able to purchase your rides on the app I have found it to be glitchy. My bus times arent always right or sometimes they just dont show up. I have also purchased tickets through the app but unfortunately i have forgotten my password and the link to reset does not work. It keeps telling me something went wrong please try again in sec. Its frustrating and it needs to get fixed or you will lose customers.

Unreliable app. Not functioning properly causing difficulty with a driver who didnt acknowledge the app wasnt working properly. It showed I activated one far on the date and time but app doesnt open fully to show bar code scanner. Will not use app again. Was first time buying 10 rides and had difficulty. Best to buy 10 day pass to avoid uncomfortable situation with bus driver

All in all not an awful app, used other city's transit apps and this is one of the better ones. However, the app will randomly log you out of the account, which is not helpful when you have a pass on your phone and have the show the drivers.

Crashes often when using the GO feature, however, it is a nice idea. It can be confusing when selecting between inbound and outbound stop times on a few of the routes. It would be great if that was clarified.

Decent transit app. The ability to buy passes in app is fantastic. Since discovering this feature it's my preferred way to pay for rides. Wish trip planning was a little more flexible in app, but I leverage google maps for this task and then rely on this transit app for accurate schedule and pass purchases.

it convolutes the trips unnecessarily a lot, especially with regional buses. it also gets transfers wrong. like if i am waiting for a regional bus, it tells me to head to the city terminal first no matter what. ie, I'm waiting at the seaway for the 75 and it tells me to go to the welland terminal first, and to get off at a random stop that i cant actually use a transfer at and would have to pay. its genuinely frustrating especially when you're trying to figure out what your route is in a pinch

Absolute trash app. Crashes on launch, I was lucky to get past the crashing then it located me in the Atlantic Ocean and wouldn't let me access any menus. Tried a reinstall, tried restarting, tried updating. Complete waste of tax money.

Don't bother getting to school on time with this, Google maps is just as good. The bus comes earlier than the estimated time. The bus comes later than the estimated time. It's not reliable, just use Google maps and leaving 5 minutes before the suggested departure time is your best bet to getting to school.

My buy ticket icon disappeared frequently and if I buy a 92 dollar bus pass I dont want to pay for the bus when I already did. Overall happy with the buses and the drivers are usually lenient. Please fix the bugs it has been going on for days this time.

Frustrating. You have to enter your password about 5 times to buy a ticket or pass when it works. But now just says theres something wrong with my payment card, even though the card works everywhere else.

Troubled while using buspass. In latest update, I couldn't access my buspass. Then again I got update within a week for this app and now when I try to login and try to access my account, it shows this account is signed in on many devices. Now the problem is that I cannot access my buspass on my device. Customer service is closed on weekends. I am in middle of road and I cannot use my buspass on this app. There should be some options to reset my account on my device.

Won't even let me buy a single ticket,I keep getting something went wrong. Relied on this app to get around and go figure the time I don't have bus fare change it starts to act up on me.

I wish I could give zero stars. I've installed and uninstalled several times. It won't even open. I have Android 11 on Moto G Fast. No other issues with other apps. Eerrgghhh!!!!

Won't let me set a password to create an account so I can't purchase tickets. Without that feature, the app is essentially useless.

I am late for work coz they said (bus office) said the app is not updated. I rely on this app for my bus times but it is different from the printed bus time schedule.

Unable to see In-app passes.Apart from that,everything works fine and the interface is user friendly.

With the latest update , my buspass disappeared still had a week left on it..and its not giving me the option to buy , I use this to go home from work ...

The times on the bus are always off. The GPS never works. On multiple devices used.

This app is great you can not only does it tell you how long you're going to be to get there and shows you exactly how you're going to get there but you can also buy a bus ticket on the app so you don't need money you just need a bank account and you can purchase your ticket on the app

The ticket purchase option has been disappeared in the new version. So inconvenient!

This app is not accurate. It does not show when buses are running early or late.

Unpunctual.. App is unaccurate.. if you considering to move into St. Catharines then pleaee bring a ride with you...

Disappointed. I miss the old one!

At first this app was great I even use it over the TTC rocket app but now theirs too many ads and popups

Love the ability to buy bus passes but I've had some disappear off my app I haven't used yet

App keeps crashing, won't let me activate my tickets, absolutely trash recommend just paying the 3 dollars
