I end up having to keep changing my password on a laptop or desktop because the app seems to always not recognize the password, even after it has set up with my finger print authentication. Then it locks me out. Pointless app that had just gotten worse.

Used to be nice, but for a while now it does not save your username and password often, causing you to constantly get codes from text and go through a bunch of steps just to get back in. I've had to "verify" myself up to three times in one day, unbelievable.

Every month or so it logs me out and makes me readd sign in information it also wont change the personal phone number since ive switched phones ive done it 6 times and still ask for my old number when trying to resign in not only that but i had to uninstall and reinstall the app many times cause it would not even load and kept giving me an error message and the app will constantly make you reset the quick access pin option as well

I constantly have to delete this app and re-install it every week. It glitches out. It works for 4-5 days and then blank screen. When I delete it and re-install all is well for a few days. Not good. :(

Thumb print function stopped working for some unknown reason. Tried to use the online feature to reset my password and it responded that I have to call a 1-866 phone number. Tough to manage finances when you can't see the ledger.

I constantly have to reinstall this app. I constantky having to reset my password etc... I rarely use it because of the issues. You cannot count on it to work as needed. Especially if you need to use Zelle or paypal.

Randoms times its down. Auto login not suto, mudt enter manually anyway. Thumb print login never works. Error nessrges a lot. HOWEVER, WHEN it works its decent!

All of a sudden opens to a solid white page with no options. Extremely frustrating.

Would be nice to be able to share a login with my wife and it's in need of an update but good enough for banking.

This app always has issues. Recently whenever I open the app it will just be a white screen.

Really needs to be serviced at least once every month damn thing crashes every month.

Have to keep always putting in passcodes and then codes for security, it's a pain in the butt,

Not easy to install app for someone older than a mellonnial.

Have to keep uninstall and reinstall all the time. Sucks

It does not deliver what it used to do in the past. I used to get a daily text with balances and now nothing. Either update and fix or it's worthless . I think I'll have to uninstall.

This app seems to be under maintenance a lot! Kind of pointless if i can never use it. I also don't get any of the text alerts i signed up for. I guess this is what i get for using a small bank :(

Will I be able to get this app to work on a new phone or the sign outside elgin state bank get fixed

Wasnt bad the 1st time i logged in....now all i gt is invalid credentials nd i end up going on the web anyways
