I installed this app for the first day of the Parade 2020 it looked great and I liked the new features. It worked great for a 1/2 day then it crashed. Not sure if it's this sight or Verizon. Others in our group with different networks could bring the app up, however, directions to house #18 were way off. It's still not up 2nd day of the Parade.
i have tried this app 4 times in the past yesrs and it is always slower than all get out! the gps never works. i can never view house plans or, more recently, view the virtual look around. the settings wont even show when i click that button.... the app is just all around the worst app i have ever used.
App worked great first day of install! Haven't been able to use it since! Very very frustrating!! At least we can always count on Google Maps to never let us down!!
You should add a button on the bottom of the main screen app for the e ticket. So there would be 5 buttons instead of 4. Better user experience.
I ended up making the mistake of spending $30 for me and my wife to go see the Parade of Homes. Save your money and just go walk into any hotel and it looks the exact same. Also there are a thousand people in every house with no shoes on. Just picture going to Costco on Saturday, the only difference being they would ask you to take your shoes off before you entered the store. The people at the doors aren't too friendly either, they seem like they prefer if you just paid and didn't come.
All the descriptions were fine, but the addresses and map pins don't line up with the actual locations of the houses
All I see is a blank white screen. I reinstalled it and rebooted with no change.
App does not open. I've tried for 3 days now. Will open. Just a blank screen. Galaxy Note20 5G

people walked in on me in the bathroom. i was trying to use the toilet at the parade of homes and people kept walking in on me. there wasn't any toilet paper in there either and the toilet seat was taped down for some reason

Worked perfectly for me. I used the app 100% and the directions always got me right to the home.
The idea book allows you to make notes and add pictures but it doesn't save the picture....unless I'm just an idiot and can't figure it out. Help
Parade of Homes really blew it with this app. Not only didn't the directions functions work, but it forgot my e-ticket the second day. I didn't have my paper ticket, so couldn't get into any homes.
Been using this app every year since it was available. My opinion is it gets worse every year but it's the only thing going so what you going to do. Directions don't always go into goggle maps. Maybe it's better on Apple? Slow running.
No GPS. Why? Google's API makes it super easy to add GPS to your app/map. Takes less than 1 min. This app is useless without it. I made my own map of all the homes WITH GPS.
What a piece of crap. I can't use this. I hope they get this working someday.
Doesn't save anything. Just get a map and booklet.
Map has broken links, wont give you directions. Wont save your route plan.. its convenient for ticket and map otherwise its a POS!!!!
The pictures are fun, but the gps/directions don't work.

Galaxy S4. Opened the maps, which never loaded, now it crashes every time I try to go to the home page.
App needs to update map part. 8, 9, and 10 locations are way off. The map shows them as being right across the street from each other. They are actually spread out over a mile, which turns into a long, long, long walk. Security personnel not helpful (they could have apprised us of the distances.) The map doesn't show your location. Last year, the prices were listed in the description. No prices, this year.
