Just got my new Samsung S22 Ultra and can not set up quick login and have to put in all 3 of my credentials on each time the app is closed. Rather frustrating when technology is getting better yet the app gets harder to use. Tried everything even clearing data.

It's a joke, right? Instead of adding the card to Samsung Pay, it just redirects me to Samsung Pay app in Play Store. Instead of adding the card to Google Pay, it just opens up Google Pay app. Why offer options which don't even work?

The app has always worked flawlessly but after the recent update my transactions keep failing. 3 of my 4 transactions failed and I ended up needing a computer and the desktop page (where only(!) 1 transaction fell over). This is terrible STG :( please do better.

My Samsung note 10+ no longer allows quick access. It worked fine then factory reset my phone now apparently its no longer supported. Makes it impossible to access your funds having to remember 3 separate access details.

Rubbish app. Set up quick login doesn't work when selected. Also, when you enter in your password it says it's incorrect then you re-enter the same password and it works. So buggy

It is a horrible process to log in.. why not just have a pin like every other banking app out there? 3 different sections to fill in just to log in. Ridiculous. Card no. Etc. I dont even have a card! Almost like they dont want you to log in..

User experience of this app is horrible, it is like a maze with a clumsy interface and poor design. not to mention it's hard to see what's going on with your transactions, when you transfer money to another account you can't view who you've sent it to from the transactions page (one example). Most of the app is just unusable. Again, horrible design choices have been made in the development with an overcrowded interface and little relevant information. No Google pay compatibility :)

Used to be a great app but a few days ago, every time I tried to access, it wouldn't let me login. Kept saying that the app was unavailable. I uninstalled then reinstalled it and it worked once after I re-entered all of my details, but now it won't go past the green screen. You can't even get to the login screen. Frustrating! Once these issues are fixed, I will give a 5 star rating as I thought the app was full of great features prior to these problems...

The app has technical issues. Any transaction you want to do shows you a white empty page as soon as you hit OK for that. This takes so long that the phone switches the screen off. Sometimes when you insist and double tap on the screen a few times, the transaction may go through or fail, based on your luck. If you try to do something new like adding a new payee, as you need the form to appear, you cant go through by double tap and thats when this app is not better than rubbish in your phone.

It's fine... Functional when it works, but many parts of the app are slow, web-based or both - if they work. The app also doesn't use Android's native biometrics API, which means this won't work with some fingerprint readers and definitely not with a Pixel 4's Face Unlock. It's also not very easy to navigate or pretty to look at.

This app keeps closing. Not working at all. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still same issue. I have tried to download and install both recommended Google 'fixes' and neither will download. I get a never ending pending....... and it doesn't get there. BTW, This is not the only app having these issues. Pretty annoying - especially when the 'fix' doesn't even work!

Was quite hard to set up a password. I think it went ropey after I read an SMS for a code. Then when I went back to the app it wasn't at the stage I was up to. So if you can quickly read or copy the code in the SMS notification that pops up on your phone before it disappears. In the end I found that restarting my phone did the trick.

This used to be the best banking app I've used but the quick access feature is now buggy and hasn't been fixed in the last few updates. Everytime I try to do a "quick" transfer it says their is a problem and then it wants me to set the quick access feature up from scratch all over again. Please fix the bugs.

This app used to work fine, then it started to play up after I put in details to pay from my account, it would then go to a blank page and can't make the transaction. This isn't the first time it's done this. Last time it did it for a little while then corrected itself. At the moment I can't do any transactions at all, it's like a constant loop. You go to transfer and end up on a blank page, go back only to have to put details in again and end up on a blank page. Very disappointed in this app.
