Doesn't have all the features of the main web site, for example, cannot submit change of address from a mobile device.
Enabled online banking mobile, signed in and got a blank screen. so far no technical help and the person I talked to said it's my phone that is the problem. Funny the phone seems to work with everything else and when I used this app a few months ago it seemed to work but no more.
It works great aside from the fact that I have a zoom in/out button that shows up right on top of the button used to show more of my past transactions. This is quite irritating.
App had been working fine for months. Now it keeps telling me it cannot detect an internet connection. Please fix
Sometimes won't register input without rotating the screen first, and frequently won't open when it wrongly claims there's no internet connection.
Why all of the sudden will it not work? It's a mobile app so I should not need the Internet to connect. It had been working fine. Fix it please!
All other content on my stratosphere can find the connection. This one cannot wether I use 4G or WiFi. Reboot or reinstall does not fix it. This used to work. Fix it please.
Every time I capture the back of my check the picture for the front disappears
It says it cant detect an internet connection. Ive uninstalled and installed multiple times.
I can't log into my accounts, it asks me my "security" question and when typing it doesn't write the characters. Then it tells me I answered it incorrectly (im not, I can do it fine on my laptop, and mobile banking is activated) and logs me off. Frankly, im furious. I need this to work because i have moved to a different area for school. its a pile of trash. You'll get a better review when it works properly.

Wont load galaxy s4..says no Internet connection...um...no
I've given up on the app. Not only does it keep saying I have invalid credentials (when I've been using the same password for a year now) it won't let me reset. I can't even reset my password on their computer website becuase apparently I don't exist. But going to the ATM I can pull up my account.
