Not designed properly. It is very good regarding knowledge but is difficult to operate. When you trying to help someone you have no time to tap buttons. After you choose option you should be able to slide it. It would be much easier. Otherwise is useless. Please can you update it as it can be good tool but need new layout and bit more update. Thank you
This app is a very good idea, but it's very hard to navigate with it's small buttons, dated GUI and lack of up to date info. The illustrations are good but very low quality, hello my version of Android is doesn't even work (Android 9.0)! I will put my review higher if these are fixed, but, too be honest, I doubt it.
Amazing app. Tells you everything you need to know to offer first aid when needed. The app is also updated whenever there is any changes which keeps everyone aware of the current versions!
I have just completed a 3 day First Aid course with St John's Ambulance and passed. It was very informative and the trainer, Matt was excellent. Myself and my work colleagues really enjoyed the course, its delivery and level of participation on the course. I would highly recommend this course and St John's ambulance. 5 stars
No eye injury, hepatic coma, ear foreign objects treatment. Very good idea, however incomplete as above and not updated for donkies years - old version does not work properly with Androids.
Essential app for first aiders, a great aide-memoire. Revisit to keep your skills up! BUT it needs an update PRONTO regarding the current pandemic.
Really good app to have but it needs desperate update please as things have changed recently. Need to be kept upto date especially in these uncertain times. App says for older android and may not work. Please help and update if required
Really good and informative, only thing I see missing is eye injuries. Couldn't find it quickly.
an absolute fantastic app, I'm on a first aid course & I can't remember everything but this app helps me very very much, well done st John ambulance you really are a life saver....
Great app, requires update as getting notification saying for older version and may not work correctly for Android.
Useful but I would have found it easier to swipe to the next page rather than trying to find the small green arrow.
This app is great for keeping on top of first aid situations and on top of my training. It helps to keep and review the knowledge and skills that is required in first aid courses and situations
The email address published on the Google play store for this app bounces saying the recipient isn't known. I was hoping to provide some feedback.
Needs update, hasn't been updated since 2016 so isn't optimised for current Android versions and looks outdated.
I give it a 5 star, though with the current pandemic, some of the practices are very risky,,, nevertheless, goodwork as you try to fix the hick-ups
An essential app, everyone should install this. Provides help and guidance on what to do in an emergency.
Concise information which is clear and easy to follow. Instills confidence to be able to deal with different situations.
Very succinct in all emergencies. Very important when time is precious. Well done
It's helpful and works well in any circumstances and it helps me when I need to learn something or help someone
A super app, clear to understand and easy to use. i really do thank the developpers👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Its a life savings App. a must to have app in every phone. Remember you can safe someone's life
Works great, needs an update for newer android phones though.
Very good. It gives clear information on how to approach a first aid situation and how to assess and deal with it .
I attended the St.John first aid beginners course, was really educative. Thanks for this great app
condensed and informative, easy to use app.
Great app, up to date and really informative, works well on Android 9.0
clear and concise... good info to share to those that would be unsure or hesitant ..
Great app. Simple and easy to use. Add a few missing cases as already mentioned in other reviews and it'll be perfect. I disagree with enabling swiping as that would be worse. However, I would suggest making the navigation buttons a little larger to help those with shaking hands during an emergency.
