Keeps telling me that my user id is invalid but my id works fine on the website. I need to be able check my organization's stats often for reports and this is frustrating!

I never went there but I was diagnosed with Stage 1 throat cancer and I went to the chem Center in Stoneham Massachusetts thank God I detected it early by complaining of a sore throat All Summer Long then they sent me to see the specialist now I'm 56 years of age but I donate Faithfully my disability after three story fall 30 something years ago my life has been quite a mess but I do what I can to survive and help out a little kid needs every chance at life, amen..
