I couldn't open the app. Showing that "network error please check your network connection" .. I formated the phone but it still doesn't work..

I can't login the app recently its showing The user name password did not match any interactive user but my password and username was correct....please see to it

This is very good app for children to learn very nice and good paformens And hard paform that is why I use this app
