It is meant to make my life easier but it doesn't. I have to type a password every time I use it. If I compose a lengthy message to my doctor on the app, it asks me for a password and just closes. If I switch to answer a call it asks me for a password again. If I switch to another app and ask me for a password again. Pita. And for the last week or so it takes a significant amount of time to just get to the main screen. I think I will be using the website version.
I was in a waiting room from 2 to 4:23am . Never connected with a doctor. The system just dropped me. Extremely frustrating!
I used to like this APP but ever since I did the new update it stinks. I can't even get into it... it just does an endless loop of the loading sequence. They really need to fix it because those of us with health issues that require constant monitoring of our information are currently out of luck.
Useless if you are outside of the US and you try and access MyChart or want to read a message your doctor sent you. Just don't travel overseas: other than that, it works fine.
This app is "still growing." It gained fingerprint verification and flowsheet after I installed it. It can sync your appointments, and new messages from your Doctor. I haven't used the flowsheet yet but everyone is confident. One major pet peeve is not being able to see the messages that You/ I send out. So keep a desktop presence, or at least a browser shortcut on your Android homescreen. You already picked St Luke, so you already picked this app.
Most of the updates are not intuitive. And are very clumsy. The app developers obviously have very little to no experience with medical issues.
It used to be good...but not since I got the latest update notification. I followed all the update instructions, and Still get an Update Notice, when I try to use it.
This app is always buggy. Ironic that the update promised bug fixes, and now I can't even get past the opening logo screen. Please hire a new company to manage your app programming because this app has always been buggy and slow!
Convenient. Anything I need, send messages, get forms, etc. Easy access anywhere, I love it!
Something went wrong it has not been working since the update. It gets stuck on welcome screen and life line just goes in a loop for hours and hours and nothing happens
Usually works great....but was asked to update app yesterday so I did. I have not been able to open it and it has not worked properly since then.
Currently won't go past the initial sign in. This started with the last update. Please fix this as I use the app all the time to manage my family's health care needs!
The billing part is terrible!!! Also, cannot click the box to continue to confirm payment on phone because you can't scroll up without refreshing so you have to pay via desktop. VERY FRUSTRATING! If you don't pay on time, they send you to collections & bill disappears. Maybe if you fix your app bills can be pay on time. I uninstalled.
Worked great until the "update". Now I can't even open the app. I even tried to reinstall it and no luck.
I couldn't get into the app until I updated it. It won't let me update and so I loop around. Stinks.
This app has worked perfectly fine until the recent update was released and now nothing works not even to open the app...wonderful job everyone 😒
This app is great, but sometimes I cannot see everything on my phone, I have no computer to review it on only my phone.
Much better if it besides always worked and didn't randomly sign out while actively using the app, that it have appointments notifications and alerts on the mobile device besides have a way to sync-export that information to a app such as Google Calendar for alerts that way including same day alerts and whatever. I know the app's ongoing going through improvements though oh come on though really that much should already be in there and as far as I know, it's not.
I avoid the app. It times out so frequently, usually in the middle of viewing something. Nice to have that feature if it's detecting no activity, but it's like every minute or two, really? I just sign into the website, at least I know I at least complete a task without having to re-login constantly.
Terrible for so many reasons, login problems every time and winds up with lockout that needs to be manually removed through a phone call, constantly denied access to my chart (the only necessary reason to even use this stupid CRapp) for nonspecific reason just "unavailable", updated info takes days to appear from test results to letters. It does remind you when your next appointment is but still can't remove the past appointments which may be confusing to some.
Definitely a lacking app. If you enter your password wrong there times, your locked out. That's ok, I understand. What doesnt make sense is calling for IT support and you cant reach them. I was on hold for 1 hour 39 minutes, lost my connection, had to start all over. Never spoke with anyone. I had to get help from a check in staff member at one of the St Lukes medical offices. This app is wanting...
The biggest problem I find with this app is that its message system is flawed. 3 times I've tried sending an explanation to my doctor about my symptoms and the system times out, deletes my message and requires me to sign in and start all over again. Add a draft system or a 10 min timeout because this is plain unreasonable that within 2-5 mins I'm auto logged out even when I am currently typing within the app. I find that ridiculous and a flaw that needs to be fixed
Once signed in it works well but it frequently rejects the fingerprint login abilities. You should use a complex password for this app. If it won't work with the phone's fingerprint reader it becomes a problem to remember a good password.
I used to be able to get my chart until "I don't know what happened". I've tried to contact IT tech and I'm pretty sure they DO NOT exist. Samsung Pass used to open my chart now, wel, hahahaha. If hanged my password so many times at this point it could almost anything. I have an upcoming surgery and it's been impossible to get ANY OF MY INFO. Not oily can't you NOT reach IT support you can almost never and I do mean, NEVER, have the operator answer the phone. WHAT I S GOING ON ST. LUKES!!!!!
Fingerprint id rarely works to open, shows up randomly while using app. Can't contact specialist but can contact primary doc. E sign in doesn't show up at check in at some places. Help people aren't helpful. No response to contact us emails Difficult to find visit notes. Like appointment lists.
Was happy with it but I get multiple notifications that I have new test results. I go in to check nothing new no test results. Getting annoyed with constant notices & nothing there. May unistall go back to the old way.
I use to be able to get in now it doesnt log in with correct password..locks me out.. repeats letters when typing and all the other issues that others have stated.. very frustrating app not worth even trying.
I have been with St Luke's Network since they opened in Monroe County. I am very happy, safe and well taken care of. The App has been of great value to me. I can keep up with all my issues, get medicines, see my doctors profile and even talk to them on phone if needed. I suggest getting the App because there is much more information to get from it.
After logging in, the app wants to take you on a tour of the features. But this renders the app unresponsive and nothing works. You can't take the tour or select to not take it. And nothing else works.
LOCKED OUT AGAIN! This is way too common with this app, you are constantly getting locked out and having to call them to unlock your account. Problems with the apps seem to be too common that when you call they tell you that they have a high volume of calls and you end up in a call list
