This was so easy to get urgent care at a time when I could not get to an office, clinic or an emergency room. SO convenient and Doctor Chaundry was really informative and helpful. I would recommend this EVERYONE! And I have no insurance and the price for this web chat visit was VERY reasonable.
Super easy to use. I was hoping to get a prescription for an antibiotic and I did. I figured that was all my Dr. was going to do if I had to drive to the office, wait around for how long and leave. So much easier!!

To include my birthday, I would have to hit the back arrow 720 times! Also, even though I've been going to St Lukes for 8 years with the same insurance, it's not listed in the app. Waist of time.
Great idea if you have Pa insurance. Not so much if you have NJ insurance.
Entering your date of birth is very time consuming. And if you are adding children you have to add it again. Fix the format!
Quick care with many MDs
This app is GREAT! I can do absolutely everything since my PCP and all my specicalists are also in Network. Oh and if they aren't in network you can sync your records. 💯💙
