The app has been updated recently. There is now a disclosure statement that pops up. If you don't agree, it just loops back to your sign-on screen. The app has been removed from my device, as I can log into online banking through my browser.
Error prone nonsense. Regret getting my mortgage through them. App is beyond inconsistent. Very few features and everything I need for my mortgage I can't access through the app and the external link to my mortgage info doesn't even work.
With the new update and change in the UI for transfers, somehow I can no longer transfer funds through the mobile app. It keeps giving me an error and saying to retry or log out and try again later. Been like this for the past 2-3 days now+
Update- I love this app cause I'm able to check on my transactions. I can make payments on my billpay, check my balance and see when a payment has been excepted. But, I'm not happy that they discontinued with Card Nav. I thought it would be the same when the bank took it over but it's not. I like the Card Nav much better. Card Nav, would notify me of my purchases as soon as the purchase was made before I even left the store. The bank notified me the next day. I don't like that at all. :(
Since upgrade i cannot add or delete payees. I have been in your branch regarding this issue and was told 2x your reps would call me back to resolve this issue i never recd thise call backs....moving ly accounts to another bank!!!
App is very easy to navigate and I have never had a problem with St. Mary's
Update Broke App. The latest update Broke the ability to transfer money from one account to another.....been almost 2 weeks and it's getting really annoying.
Unpleasant experience. Refuses to let you stayed signed in. Constantly signs you out and forces you to reput in everything despite being verified with your finger print
it is so convenient since I live away from the bank that I love this system and the ability to make deposits is great!
Very simple app. Does what it should. Could certainly have more features but is basic and allows me to check balances, transfer funds, make payments etc. Honestly doesn't need to be more than that.
Have the worst time logging into account or trying to reset password. Does not let you enter in a manual birthdate, you have to scroll back through a calendar interface to find the date. One required field is "member number/account number" well which is it???? and I entered both individually, then combined with forward slash like shown and still wasn't able to get in. I only have one shared savings account and I don't always remember what the login is.
I love the bank app ,,as it is very easy to pay all my bills through the app for free ,,,and manage my savings account and other accounts through one service which makes it ideal ,,,,the only thing is when you deposit a check through online ,,,the money isn't available right away ,,,you might have to wait 6 hours or the next business day which really isn't a problem for me ,,,
Great app. I've never had a problem with it. I drive for a living and am all over the country. This app makes it a lot easier to manage all of my accounts. Anytime I've had a question, the St Mary's customer service people have resolved it right away. They are Awesome! Still awesome!
Customer service has been excellent. My wife and I have been remotely banking and came across some issues that were resolved within 1 business day. The quick resolutions have kept my wife and I banking with St. Mary's instead of transferring to a local credit union. The mobile and online user interface are intuitive and we manage multiple accounts with ease using this system.
It's a good app but with the recent changes to the transfer section it's made it more difficult to navigate. It's also missing a few key features that the website provides.

Best bank I've ever dealt with & I've done business with a few (I'm 78).
Great app so easy to do banking now. I save time and money, things like stamps,gas ect.this app continues to be of great value and comfort to me. Being an old guy, this app is the best for winter.don't have to drive,or slip and slide or fall. Bank in comfort, from home.🤗💰🏦
when trying to deposit a check, it shouldn't have to take over 30 attempts to get the app to recognize the back of a check. but it does. I wrote "for remote deposit only" very clearly, yet this app decided it doesn't know how to read.
Love this bank and most of the time I like the app..... But for some reason it didn't remember my phone at least once a week so have to do the security check at least once a week. I get that it's for safety ....but it slows the process down of accessing my info
I have been a member of St Mary's Bank for 40 + years. Then I learned of online banking and the app. I love the app and don't know how I lived without it. I am also so grateful to St Mary's Bank. With all the SCAMS going on they are most always always a step ahead!! Thank you St Mary's Bank!
This updated version doesn't work at all. There are problems logging in, problems with scrolling, and you can't transfer money within your accounts. Please fix!
Great app. Love that I can deposit checks via my phone. The multiple accounts I have are all easily accessed on the front screen of the app. If you have this credit union you need the app
I use this app almost daily. It works great for everything I need. I can check all of my balances. Transfer funds. Pay Bill's. I even have it set to notify me if my balance goes below a certain amount.

I've been coming to St. Mary's Bank for decades and they are awesome! No monthly fees on my checking account! They are so friendly. I always feel comfortable going in!
Nice app except that I am unable to make an entry to the memo option on a transfer AFTER the transfer is made even though it lets you write there (does not save).
The customer facing technology is easy to use, is reliable and customer service is top notch! I have used other credit unions, but nothing compares to SMB, the very first CU in the U.S.
App works very well for the most part. It often doesn't recognize my phone and has to text me code to make sure it's me. Other than that it's a good app and easy to bank with.
STOP changing things! EVERY time you do I lose all functions other than being able to view balance. Changed remote deposit and it won't take pictures of check. Branch won't accept check because it has "For Remote Deposit Only". Make it work or just don't make it. This is my money for living, not a game that I can't get unfrozen.
