Most of the profiles dont have profile picture at all. How do you call them as original profiles.

Very very poor application for matrimony.
It's nice but costly
Worest experience when i installed app. Every day customer care called me and said we will send you same religion and same caste profiles please take the plan amount of 3800. And we paid but they dont have single match with the same caste. Then i called customer service and asked about what they said. And then they are saying no no we dont send any profiles to you. When some one upload their profiles you can see tbeir profile and contact them. No need to trust this ST matrimony.

Irritating call from customer care
Worst app ever.. I'm a platinum member and I didn't receive any matches at all. I called the helpline number and they never answered my queries instead repeated their default answers. Customer service was also not good.
