St Vincent's Communication App
The system allows the app users to receive messages and updates from the school using push notification. Besides messaging, the St Vincent's App provides real-time access to digital diary, assignments etc.
The Push Notifications is implemented using different messaging servers. For Android, we used the GCM Server, for iPhone we have used the APNS Server and for Windows Phone, we have used the MPNS Server.
The App is very simple and easy to use, ensured access o school information system is secure.

Useless... Student profile is not updated since the launch of this app, you do not receive any messages or notifications from the school, it just lies there in your phone memory.

The app initiative is good but it should serve its purpose. Student profile needs to be updated. Digital diary and notifications need to be put in use otherwise it's just an app lying there in the phone. Hope it becomes more fruitful and functional soon.
