Unable to refresh lottery tickets after extended period of not opening the app. Logout+in fixes it but annoying. No way to secure with fingerprint. Can't buy lottery tickets without complicated process of a virtual wallet and bad integration with payment providers.
The app does wat it should do most of the time. It is easy to use, starts up quickly and user friendly. although sometimes I cannot see the results that quickly, most of the time I have to wait like 15 minutes
Totally worthless! Never been able to use this app without a problem. Always something not working, very frustrating.
I buy 4 tickets online, tickets with the value of 15 euro... They give me only one. I call them and i explain the mistake, they sent me 3 tickets with the value of 3 euro. That's stilling my chances to win. Do Not Buy More Then One Ticket... BE AWARE, buy one by one the tickets. Anyway i will never play on statloterij ever, they have the worse management
laatste versie is niet te downloaden van de web site, security error. This site can’t provide a secure connection downloads.nederlandseloterij.nl uses an unsupported protocol.
The app is great, but it is not smart when you have to pay for bill in the website

Confusing ...large banner Adverts... Too much idiot colour Orange that glares and strains ones eyes. Just a propaganda app for promoting the Orange Royal family ...using colour as a subliminal messaging tool
Never works as Intended
This app has been made by kids.
Doesn't work 4 out of 10 times. The only times you need this app is to check results. Those are exactly the times the app doesn't work. Sad because it's a nice basic app.

App does not work at all. Tickets that have been registered earlier do not show prices won
Can't buy tickets via this app, sends you to an external website on which you will need to login again. Password reset does not work via this app. App also does not seem to notice password change from website and does not ask for new pass, nor gives note on not being able to refresh data.
Contains 6 month old info. Clearly abandoned

Annoying popups to buy even more tickets
After the latest update scanning of the lottery tickets has become impossible. Nothing happens when pointing the camera to the QR-code! Although permission to the camera has been given. I tried various distances between the camera and the ticket, and gave it time to focus, but unfortunally the app doesn't respond as it used to do. I also tried to log out and log in again, uninstall and reinstall the app, but this had no effect. Adding tickets manually is still possible, but in that case you will not collect any points for "Club Staatsloterij" that ables you to win prizes. Please repair this bug!
