I just started using this app. I really like the fact that you can pick how long you want to work out in which areas you want to focus on at any given time. After I did 15 minutes of The Core workout , I actually felt something the next day and it made me super happy LOL and it gives you the option for easy moderate or tough workouts too which is another bonus
This app needs to be a little bit more friendly to first time users. The work out the only notification to change is the 10 second warning to change. There is no info on how to do the positons or if you're doing them correctly. There needs to be a pause to be able to figure out how to do the position because of this, I quit the app out of frustration. The app seems to be a good idea, but I can't rate it very high because of the ftue.
This app is for persons who are experience with using the workout ball. It moved a bit too fast for me even though I increased the elapsed time between interval. the voice to text speexh doesn't work. I would advice you have different levels.
This is just what I needed. For a small fee I upgraded to premium so I can put together my own workout from the many choices on the app. Live the way the video shows you each exercise and that you can set the timer.
Didn't work. Showed the first exercise (prone cobra) but there was no image. Counted down as normal, still no image or video, then froze and would not proceed. Close the app, restarted, and the same thing happened again. Uninstalling.
I love these apps. The only thing I I find difficult is that it doesn't count down to the end of the exercise like in the main app and I can't see away to make it do it. That's my only complaint. The exercises are as easy or hard as you need them. The best apps ever!!
This app is great! It is easy to use and very helpful. However, it would be even better if (on the exercise list) the app included the major muscles that you are working with each exercise.
Lovely exercise even at my age, time inbetween excersices a bit short. Have to change it to 15 sec. Otherwise I suggest a bit more instructive talk while busy with each excercise. But this is the only one I could find that work offline. Thank you.
App should allow for time to switch sides without having to pause or restart the exercise. Also a brief description of the exercise such as what its working and proper positioning would be helpful.
It is a great app, the only feedback I have is to give a slight delay to switch sides. On a ball it takes a second to readjust for some moves.
This is a great app...I paid the 2.99 and it is fantastic. I love how I can choose my ow different exercises to set to set my own workouts. I wrote in with a smal, problem and they fixed it right away.
Am I missing something?? Put on a 45 mins workout and it just repeats the same 4 or 5 exercises each time? Also no options to choose level of exercises which I think is very poor.
It will fine if it was a free, but for a payment app it doesn't guide you through the right way to do the exercicis. It's just a randomization of exercise gif. Do not recommend.
Allows to adjust the time span of workout in one minute steps. Also allows to set the time between exercises in seconds. Videos show how to exercise properly. Fsir one time price - below 4 €.
I only have a few sq ft of space, but this app helps me make the most of it! The ball is a fun way to work up a sweat everyday, and this app is a great less-planning-more-doing solution.
I wreally like your other apps, specially the stretching one. Always feel good after doing them. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is because you need to add some kind of descriptions for the exercises. Other than that great apps.
Love it! Upgraded to premium aswell, mostly to get the relaxing exercises. The fee was so small (3.5€) and so worth it.
Love this app. I would have given a 5 star but just wish the transition from one exercise to another was a little bit longer but the pause is a nice option.
I enjoyed being challenged. Now I'm an overweight swiss ball beginner, I can see it not easy if you're new to exercise tho.
Love it, love it, love it. I'm an amateur with limited workout experience. I'm also about 100lbs over weight. These apps work with your level and allow you to increase as your body strengthens.
Great App to work out. Would only suggest to increase break between exercises for beginners and also include modality related to stretching and back pain relief.
Great workout, strenuous! If anything needs a few seconds more between each exercise to change over.
Easy to follow app.. Great to use in all levels of exercise whether losing weight, core strength or stability
Good exercises but not enough time between sets to prepare for next exercise. 15-20 secomds between exercises would be great.
Good app. But it requires a text to speech app which I fail to find and install. I have tried several but none seems to work. Any help?
Good app. Allows to leverage ball quite nice. Would be better if it allow to choose complexity level.

very good. i have 3 sets of exercises set up under custom. each is around 15 minutes. handy.
I really appreciate the flexibility of the app. There are focused training plans (core, back, etc.) And you can develop your own plan(s) combining exercises. Set your own times (individual exercise, rest time, total) The short exercise demos are perfect - and with motion to show how it's done. Highly recommended.
