Attempted to order shoes and was given an error message saying the order could not be completed and to try again later. This was untrue the order did come through after I decided to order a different pair and even though it was an error on the apps part there's nothing that can be done.

The app is good and all but I had to Uninstall it for it not working and saying that I can't reach my favorites please try again later of done it multiple times and I just don't like it

For some reason, whenever I search for something, I can never tap any of the results in the search, thus making the app a photo showcase rather than a shopping app! **UPDATE 2** After redownloading per the developer's request, the app now works fine. Not sure if it'll stay that way, but it's fixed my issues. Will update if it breaks again.

I've been getting an "error" everytime I try to login for a while time now so I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app and now I get an "error" because "we need to "update our catalog" and everytime I press restart or refresh I keep getting the error. I've had a similar issue with the GOAT app and truth be told I'm impressed with how they were able to coordinate their efforts to ensure I can't use either app and make the shoe buying process more arduous than it needs to be

I love all of the different shoes they have. I also love how they have so many options in all different styles. I just wish that the app would allow you to take screenshots because when people look at shoes they look at several websites and take screenshots of the ones they like and save them for later. I always take screenshots personally. I'm a big shoe addict and this app has the best style sneakers highly suggest!

Great site, brand, and app, but I gave it a two cause for the month the app has been horrible to use.. it allows you maneuver well through the interface but as soon as you click a pair of shoes or go to a tab in the app the whole app freezes. It does it everytime I sign in. I've updated android system webview and chrome and the app still doesn't work properly.

The app crashes unexpectedly. It duplicated an order and I ended up having to cancel not only the duplicate order, but also the original bc the app let me order a shoe they didn't have. They left the charges on my card for almost 2 weeks before I brought it to their attention. Terrible experience with customer service.

I updated the app to ensure I had the most recent version, and once you search for a shoe the app will not let you "click" on a shoe. Thus rendering this app to a glitchy version of Google image search. HIGHLY disappointed in quality of app especially after having received such amazing customer service at my visit to physical store pre-covid. And ive seen the responses to clear cache, may want to try and fix root cause of this as the sneaker reselling market is so competitive

I noticed a lot of people having the same problem I was having. App worked great but after the latest update you clicked on a picture and it froze. After I uninstalled and reinstalled it works again. Nicesss!

App worked months ago but a few updates ago it completely stopped working. Try to look at a pair of shoes it freezes as soon as you tap on the shoe. Tried clearing cache redownloading the app nothing works. Tried to message developers about the issue with no fixes in sight. Will be on the hunt for a better app now one that actually works. I suggest anyone to use the website because this app is trash on a galaxy s20.

Some bugs here and there, sometimes clicking on an item will cause the app to freeze. I'll have to restart it in order to get it working again. Outside of that it does what it needs to, Stadium Goods is an excellent store

Not sure whats going on with the app at this point. I have version 3.0.9 and the app just freezes. I cant even go to my cart to delete whats in there after not being allowed to check out and the product sold. Everytime i click a shoe it freezes.

Love the app! For some reason when I click the shoe I want to select it does nothing. I touch picture of the shoe, it doesn't take me to the option to select size or prices. I checked for updates but I haven't seen any.

This app is super annoying everytime it updates you have to reenter your login info, and if you get in it freezes you have to exit it & try restarting at a few times before it works then it crashes again, after it loses your login information I you try resetting the password it just sends you in an infinite reset loop

I don't know if it's just because I'm an Android user or what but this app just freezes up whenever I click on a picture of a shoe and doesn't do anything. 2/18/2021 Update: Updated the app like they suggested & the issue is still the same. They're losing out on Android users who want to buy shoes from their app

Easy to use, easy to browse, easy to purchase. Their store in Chicago is dope and the app is definitely well built as well. Definitely recommend doing business with these folks, decent deals to find and they obviously have hyped stuff too.

so far so good we will see when or if my order arrives i really hope so because its my daughter's only Christmas present and i cant replace them ! UPDATE very happy teenager makes for very merry Christmas! Return policy is to contact them in 3 days to get a return mail sticker and so i gave her Christmas early she was very happy and now very stylish teenager! It always makes me nervous to order from a new app however with this one ive been very pleased! All info included ' nice packaging! 👍

I downloaded this app maybe two hours ago... WHY? WHYYYY is it so slow?? On top of being RIDICULOUSLY slow it has kicked me out numerous times!! Thennn To top it off... Now when trying to get back in it will NOT let me, and keeps saying there is an error when I enter my username and password. How is that possible? I JUST created my account! To say trying to use this app is beyond frustrating would be an understatement!!

App constantly crashes on phone. After new years hasnt worked. Had tried to use the 15 percent promo and the app crashed. Their loss was gonna drop 2 grand on a pair guess they dont want to sell product!

I cannot believe I will be writing such a negative review. It has been 10 BUSINESS DAYS so far NO TRACKING NUMBER given. I already sent another email just to ask what is going on and where is my package? Will continue to update here until I get my shoes! UPDATE: I did received the shoes exactly 10 business days as advertised for ground shipping (which is correct) so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. If only they updated the shipping info in timely manner it would have been 5 stars.

its a waste of time. i cant even log in my account, and when i go to any of the categories (Home, Shop, Account...) it keeps saying 'something went wrong'. when i try to refresh, it takes forever to load up. plz fix ur app, thank u
