I left work because I thought I was off the same time as the last time I came to work at that time but it turns out it was different but I didn't know that because this app doesn't tell you an out time for some unknown reason. Fix that and then it wouldn't be as garbage but as it stands I'm looking for a different job just so I don't have to use this app it's that bad of an app completely useless.

The customer support is bad. I had an issue where Stafflinq would not sync with my google calander (it synced under birthdays and disappear a minite later). I contacted the developer and they closed my support ticket after they did NOT solve the problem. They kept insisting the app was working properly and I had to contact Google for support. Not surprisingly, the calender app was not the issue. 2 MONTHS LATER, the app fixed the calander sync issue.

The app itself is good for knowing what shifts you have, however I feel the new theme is too clunky. I don't need to see the days I won't be working on my schedule. If there is a setting that allows you to remove unnecessary information from the schedule, I would appreciate it.

I hate this new update. The calendar shows up and disappears randomly. It closes me out of the app as well. I wish we could go back to the old, it also doesnt notify me when the schedule is updated

The new update still didn't fix anything. it use to work great, but now it tells me my schedule is unavailable and to pull down to refresh and it won't let me pull it down to refresh. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app trying to get it to work and nothing has helped.

Bad update. Format is terrible, my schedule is showing up on the wrong days. Almost made me miss a shift. Can't see full staff schedule. Time off request is difficult to do. Go back to old version!! We need this for our schedules!

I like to be able to see the full schedule for the day.. and this is not an option now. Frankly it does matter.. I believe most people feel the same I want to know whom I may be working w before I pick up a shift. The other App was way easier to use and had more information...

Ever since the new update, most of my coworkers and I cant use the app. It reads that all of the features are unavailable. I tried to use the technical support feature but that wont load either.

I do like stafflinq it reminds me of the time that I have work but needs to update faster

Garbage update. Can't see full staff schedules, out times for employees, awkward to navigate, and I can't even enter a time off request. I would use this app to help organize my shifts but this update made it useless to me now. I would never have paid for this app if this is what I'm getting. Would not recommend at all.

Loved it before the new update, can't log in on computer now. The setup is horrible, your update has caused total chaos in my life. Click on available shift, it's for a different day. Way to screw up someones life that is organized, can't pick up shifts, therefore affecting my income. GET IT TOGETHER, or refund my money spent.

The update was completely worthless, before the update it was a useful app, since the update it hasn't made sense. Now the dumb thing won't even load and it has been over a week since it went down. You all must not care about keeping up on the maintenance of this app or something would have been done by now.

Keeps freezing and I have to keep re installing it

ok since clearing the data under settings< storage it's working great. Even the calander synch! Clear the data, clearing the cache only didn't work for me~ HATE THIS UPDATE EVEN MORE! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!! What are you people doing?? You took a perfectly functioning app and RUINED IT!This past update of 12/18 you some how managed to TOTALLY KILL THE APP! Now NOTHING WORKS! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I seriously hope you are not paying people for these updates! If you are, someone needs FIRED!

IF YOU EVER DOWNLOAD AN APP... MAKE SURE THAT THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T DESIGN IT!!! Simplistic App that locks up, locks you out, and does less and less every update. currently locked out awaiting my general manager to return and have I.T. reset my password and username. Asks me questions to give me m password and locks up. Will not let you use familiar passwords in which case of any job app, I really need and appreciate access to my schedule and contacts in case I might need a shift covered.

With the update we can no longer see what sections other people are in. This completely negates swapping, dropping or picking up shifts, because no one is going to do it blind. Terrible update.

Please fix the app.. I had no issues before the update. Now I can't view who's working what time and day in order to figure out who to ask to pick up a shift.. and there's no option to request a shift anymore? I need a better resource than trying to ask all 30 servers if they work this or that shift.

Required to have the app for one of my jobs and so far it has not successfully opened even once. All other apps work just fine on my phone except this one. Not pleased at all.

This app is completely useless. It doesn't allow me to create an account so I can stay up to date with my work schedule, and I can't even create an account on their website - it just directs me to the app.

The worst app I've ever had to use for work. Poorly designed, buggy, unstable. If you are looking to use this in your workplace, i beg you to reconsider for the sake of your employees. There are much better scheduling apps out there.

I spent four gd dollars just to download this app. I will say that the StaffLinQ app makes it easier to drop or trade a shift; however the novelty does not redeem it. It displays the current day as a green banner regardless of the actual day. Please update my phone and me... Thanks 🤗

Why the hell did this get changed? Useless update. Cannot login, my email is no longer valid. And I've seen the new format, waste. No longer able to see the times of other employees scheduled with you, cant see the schedules of whose working on your day off, when giving up shifts it will post multiple times for the same shift, times dont display am or pm etc.. Refund my freaking money. Oh and tech support is a joke, put in two tickets with no response.

for 2 weeks now it says my schedule is unavailable I am missing days and not able to pick shifts up when needed. I payed for this app, if it's not fixed I want my money back. this is ridiculous and a rip off at this point.
