Better than the old app, which I would have given a negative rating to if I could; even zero stars is an improvement to that one. How hard is it to design a scheduling app with an actual calendar? The list format sucks. Only upside is time off requests and shift exchanges can be done on the app. Based on the lack of actual calendar, 2 stars is generous....which is why Im changing my mind and giving it 1 star.

Quite possibly the worst app I've ever seen. Struggle to log in, can't get password emailed to me despite the option being there. Bizzarely lets you do entirely different things than you can do on the web, while the web lets you do things you can't on the app. Terrible, can't believe my work chose this to go with.

Quite disappointed. Was extremely excited to have a mobile app. Ends up closing on you as soon as you start doing anything. Quite frustrating for an app that is used for work schedules.

I'm having the same experience as other people, when I attempt to check my schedule it crashes. I have even installed the update (18 May 2021) as recommended on the web site from work but still no joy. Words cannot express my thoughts of a scheduling app that won't allow to access your schedule. Quite frankly one of the most useless scheduling services on the market today.

Calendar doesnt display days of the week, requiring crossreferencing with actual calendars. Could easily be much easier to use.

I was notified of an update today. So I updated., now the app constantly crashes!! Please fix the bugs!!!! Otherwise I will have to Uninstall.

Terrible app. One week it works, the next it doesn't. all of my co-workers cant even get it to work either. Make sure you release a stable build and test your platform before releasing it to the consumer audience.

Keeps crashing when I press the button to check my schedule. Not cool!

I couldn't see the schedule. It was working last week. Only schedule is not working. Please correct it.

It doesn't have the days which makes it hard to put your availability.

doesnt work, maybe you should hire someone who was born in this century and actually knows computers

If you cannot bid on shifts from the ap, what is the point even.

Not an app that I would recommend to anyone.
