Used to be awesome, lately it's been lagging horribly to be able to answer load requests, hope the snappy quickness comes back on a future update like it used to be... As it is currently I might answer one or two requests then I close it because it's horribly inefficient currently. 18May2022 - still very strange with each login whether web beta Firefox, Chrome, or the app, seems to take a few minutes to update to the actual current loads etc, like there's cookies or a cache that needs cleared..

When I select date and hit check loads within the app, the App is hanging up. It says Finding you the best routes OR this is taking longer than usual. But just spins on the page and does not advance.. With various city pairs and various dates. Galaxy Note 10+. App updated. Online browser load check is working fine. Also the app is flagging Internet unavailable even though other apps are online just fine and I have strong 4G service. Hope the info helps.

Must have for the commuter or world traveler. Super simple interface and very timely and relevant information returned through the crowd source

Normally a great app but with the last update on my Samsung S20+ when I select departure, destination and date nothing comes up, just a white page. I will adjust to 5 star once fixed.

App keeps shutting down. Looked for update. There is none. Signed out and back in. Restarted phone. Just keeps shutting down. Can't look up anything.

Simple exchange for loads from outside carriers for nonrevvers. Farms credits by providing your airline's loads. May not be 100% accurate as users might input numbers/date incorrectly. Best to use on the go or in a pinch and need numbers fast instead of dealing with the headache that is myidtravel. Be nice to gate agents.

Super easy to use. Really helpful when planning when and how I'm going to get somewhere without having to run from gate to gate

The only hang up I have about the app is how long it takes some airlines to respond to a request. That has nothing to do with the app, but with people from some airlines just not responding. Otherwise the app is great!

What's better than staff helping each other ? This is a lifesaver for planning how to travel as staff.

Unable to confirm email. Once I click on "confirm email" it brings me back to the page where I have to confirm email again.... and again... and again. I'm back after more then a few months of using the app. Tech support was really helpful with resolving problem with confirming email. I have been using frequently and it gets the job done. I find it VERY VERY useful and reliable. Highly recommended!

Only problem I've been having is the time it takes to load flights even when inputting exact flight info. For example, if I were to enter AA3290 and select the dates it would take a few mins to actually pull up that flight. There's always the message " this is taking longer than expected" but other than that it's an excellent app.

efficient way to know load of other airlines for our personal travel. registration requires verification of employment, which may delay the process but protects us from getting unwanted people in the system. once registered, app is clean, fast and people are quick to help each other. typically takes 1 minute to get load on any flight. great app. highly recommended to any airline employee traveling for leisure.

Easy to use, gives information needed on loads.

This app is great but I'm having trouble sharing loads because when I put a number in and hit enter another key pad could come up with the next Class of cabin. But the other class I put available for did not disappear. When 3 key pads come up. I can't see the screen anymore and I can't proceed to finish. Android Samsung 10+

App does exactly what it says on the box. Never waited longer than 5 mins for a load, at least on larger airlines. Game changer for standby travel. Update: Still the best option for non-revs. New interface is a great improvement over the scroll wheels.

Edited: I love this app as I fly standby a lot and its nice just to head for a flight that I know I'll get on instead of hanging around the airport trying to get on something. I've even managed to extend holidays a few times, as I know when there are enough seats instead of having to go home early to make sure I'm back in time for work. Everyone who flies standby should use this app. The peace of mind knowing which days or routes are best to try and fly, makes travelling a lot less stressful

The app generally works well and does what is intended to do. it would be cool if you could offer the option of those responding to provide a breakdown of non-revs. Even if it's just as simple as two categories. One could be employees/family/guest passes of that airline and one could be OAL/other. This would help non-revs get a better idea of where they stand.

This app has helped me so much travelling on passes, to the point where I am almost reliant on it. It opens doors to backup plans if you get creative with your routing. Be ready to sit there with the app open when you need credits though, the requests get filled quickly! (Which is good for everyone)

Love this app! I use it for all my non rev trips and her excited when I see requests come through. Great P2P initiative.

Update to my former review: After writing the review below Staff Traveler responded immediately and indicated that the pricing increase was actually a mistake. They corrected the mistake and I have to give them 5 stars for their great product, pricing, and customer service!!! Way to go guys! I do rely on your app all the time!!! Old review: Really liked staff traveler when you could purchase 100 credits for $35.99. But today I went to purchase my usual 100 credits and they raised the price to $46.99!!! While it's a decent product, a 30% price increase almost overnight seems totally unmerited and is unreasonable; frankly, I'm disappointed in them for their poor business decision to overprice their product.
