Just downloaded it to check out what they have to offer. Could not even setup an account kept saying to check my internet connection both on WiFi and data. The software definitely needs work, way to unreliable to feel comfortable getting paid and such. Really bad first impression for what should be a professional app to find work. Unfortunate.
Staffy has been an outstanding platform that has enabled me to grow and thrive with each new & challenging job function or event. Their support staff is top-notch and even when i deservedly received a reprimand for a poor attitude and reminder that control and poise are just as important as skill and ability, (this was only in reference to private communication between us, not client-based), this was handled fairly and I have continued on with even better focus and aptitude in the industry.
It would be great if it worked and found shifts for people, but I've had it installed for a month and there haven't been any hours available at all.
Ever since the update, it takes forever to load for signing in, so you're unsure if typed in correctly or not. Even if click forget password takes awhile to show if accepting email or error.
The problem I have with the App is the fact that it very slow sometimes..You try to log in immediately at work but you cant. By the time you remember to do so, you are late to log in, especially PSW shift..You can not use your phone at while on duty..Never..But Staffy staff dont understand. When you come back to complain.
Will not let me go past upload photo. I got to the part where you need to add a photo and I have tried various photos with Various lighting and it will not let me get past this part.
The app is not clear at all . Am always getting stock in the midle off the questions. A straight forward app is needed. This very app is complecated .
This is the best App I have used. It's easy to maneuver and lots of jobs to apply for. I like the flexibility of the jobs and I will give it a full time STAR⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every time you decline the millions of shifts that don't apply to you/you're not interested in they don't go away. You should be able to specify what areas/depts you can actually work in (nursing). Why send several shifts that don't apply? The only shift i was available for/wanted to work required that I already started working with Staffy.....🤷🏽♀️whelp. #makeitmakesense
For last 5 days my app acts up.But the young girl behind the computer who answers questions is very rude. .When you ask too many simple questions she can't answer. She gets mad and removes people off the platform . She is extremely rude..Many people have complained about someone called Daniella as being rude and racist. she assigns jobs. to photo profiles she likes (virtual harassment ). The app freezes most of the time..And the toll free number is also a scam.No one ever picks the help line.
"I saw your resume online and find it very relevant to the position we're hiring for." But there's no job. It's a trap, to download the app. They don't say that it's a shifty job bank app that they are selling you. First 'job' they showed was six hours away, if it even was a job and not a red herring. Don't trust! Edit: Just read the reviews, some answers took two years to respond to, nuff said.
Great experience, working with them for a while now and every Staffy employee I have dealt with are all professionals and very helpful. It is a great way to make extra income or main income.
The app and the company are a bad joke. Many jobs available are actually expired but still listed. Talking to the customer service people is an exercise is frustration. Avoid like the plague.
Staffyapp, it's genuine and good app who wants to make extra$.and have availability to work this is the reall deal. I just love it more and more. I just feel so lucky to work with STAFFY.
worst customer service. the shifts always show empty and when i contacted the staffy, they say you dont have enough experience. when i have over 2 years experience as a server, i can not even add my skills here and they say you don't have enough skills. i mean how can they judge me by sitting behind a computer ?. worst staffing job. dont even waste your time hoping to get a shift
This App is a joke, you will never get a shift, shifts are given to those they know and when is last minute to fill shifts and their Fevs are already booked then they are willing to pay $10 more to fill the shoft. Don't waste your precious time with them.
Too complicated for simple jobs they offer. The app don't permit you to go back, if u want. U have to go forward to do what they require.
I am very happy with staff. It has given me the opportunity to do different things and thanks to the team I start George Brown in September. I just wish the clients would leave a review instead of a complement that would be awesome.
Frustrating text messages all the time. I have SMS turned off on my profile, but I still get messages daily. Becomes quite spammy and annoying
I add my email address to my information. I goto finish, click finish then a window opens up. Enter a valid email address.
Haven't even opened the app and already 120MB of storage taken. In fact it just feels creepy.
They start sending you texts of jobs in your area that dont exist even when you dont have your profile completed. They hope it gets your completing your profile. The pay shown in the job description is Terrible rates for staffing agency.
I'm trying to go back to some things to edited and it won't allow me, now I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.the app and it's still bringing me to the reference page.
Terrible was signing up and it crashed made me renter all my info to sign up

Am giving 5 star to staffy, is a good place to work ,they accomodate everyone, they dont use your profile pix to give job. They treat everyone equally. Thank you staffy for the opportunity given to work with your team.I think i can use this platform to say thank you to all the customer service team from Max, Daniella, Guntanya and Nelson . Note staffy is not a Scam.
Signed up and uploaded all my documents and found a job fairly close to me within a week. It's really great to earn extra income if you're laid off and the compensation is more than fair. I must say though the app definitely needs work. It's very slow, freezes and sometimes when you clock in, and doesn't register. Customer service is great but it's a shame they only communicate by text and don't reply very quickly. Overall I'm thankful for Staffy and I'm excited to see it grow.
