Stage Stores

I submitted an issue with the app and was prompted I would receive an email but never did. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but continue to have issues. The app will not advance to the next page, nor will it allow anything to occur when the search button or menu bar is pressed. Very frustrating. For now I will shop online elsewhere or just go to the store itself.

This app worked just fine until the first update, now it won't let me put items in my basket or remove items from my basket. It frequently becomes unresponsive. It takes four times as long now to get an order through. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times to no avail. I have also complained to numerous phone reps about how bad it is, but no one seems to care! And because of how bad it is, I do not order nearly as frequently as I did before.

I have had nothing but problems with this app for months. I have been a loyal customer for years, never a late payment, and I use it a lot! From out of nowhere I start having problems with making a payment. The bank account that I have always used all of the sudden isn't in the U.S.? My account number isn't an account number according to Comenity Bank. Called and talked to several different dept. & the bank, still nothing. No effort from Bealls, I needed to pay on my account. No place near me to walk in and pay and they wanted to charge me $9. to pay my bill over the phone? Not happening, this was not my mistake that caused all of this, now my account has serious late charges that I have to pay. I love shopping online and Bealls is my favorite. This is a problem that someone needs to address! The app won't respond at all now. Was going to shop for shoes but now I'll have to use Amazon. Please fix this

It will not load any new items or go to the next page I've needed to order two different grandchildren's birthdays and had to go to Amazon instead. So Stage is just losing money as long as people are not able to actually order anything, very frustrating. Also when they have the sale buy 1 get 2 free I wasn't able to order anything so they need to give us something to make it up.

Seems to have a few glitches that make is useless. When searching for something I can only view the fist page of results. Often searching a specific item , in home decor for example, will yeild little to no results even if I know for certain it is an item they carry.

Idk what happened but the app is terrible now!! The menu button doesn't work, the next page doesn't work just keeps taking you back to the same page, it keeps going white and freezing. The website is just as bad.

I've used this app for years and it was always a little quirky, now it is completely broke. Can't go passed the first page of search results, can't change size or color. Completely unusable.

I cannot checkout it won't let me. keeps saying that the website is fixing issues and follow us on social media. I've had this app about a month and still says this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app still says same thing. frustrating!🙄

Very glitchy. Shopping cart links (i.e. delete item, move to wishlist ) arent working at all. Too many to list all, but alot of things don't work. It's easier just to skip using the app and go online.

Useless. Cant use the menu in the top left corner. Wont filter, wont sort. Having same problems as other reviewers. Will uninstall. With all these issues, the app is pointless.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Won't let me search for items. Won't show page 2 of searching, won't show departments. Takes me to items I haven't clicked on. Frustrating.

ive always had issues with this app, nothing would work thebway it was supposed to. now that i updated it, thinking it would fix the problem, I can't do ANYTHING. Not even look at coupons or browse through clothes, NOTHING.

I have tried to shop and the app wont change pages, none of the buttons work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesnt work. And my local store doesnt have many size chooces so this app is worthless!

Very frustrated with the app. I can't search, look at more than the first page of items, basically can't do anything on it anymore. Uninstalling the app.

Never can use app always crashes, be half way through what I wanted to look at and it will go on a random page! Now I can't even pay my bill through the app. Come on get it right already

App will not go to next page when page 2 and there after is selected when looking at merchandise within the app. This needs to be fixed. The app when choosing the next page to veiw of merchandise will not turn to next page. This needs to be fixed. Thanks.

Terrible app. It never works properly. Cant open most things. Stage really needs to learn what the others are doing ad and fix their app. I'm deleting this app now

Can't access the main menu, can't search for products you want to shop for. When it does give you items to look at, I can't scroll past the 2nd page.

Can't click on any links, worked fine at first now it has some serious glitches you can't navigate anywhere within the app.

This app used to be great. Now it doesn't even work. Nothing moves when you click on different options. The actual website isn't much better but it's the only way I've been able to shop.

This app wont work. I go into the store and cant even pull up my account or any coupons. I deletedthw app and will be giving my card a major rest possibly thinking of,cutting it up!

This App is useless. The store near my home closed. So on line was my only way to shop Stage stores. Now the App won't let me see my account or add items to my cart. It is worthless.

Same as other users I used to love this app but now it doesn't even work not a good time of year to be messing up, u wont get many sells like this . Wish u would fix the problem. Going to delete this app .

Can't search, can't log in, can't look past first page of anything!!!!! Thought it would be a convenience, because I love this store and online shopping but I guess not!!!!!
