App crashes often and services are not available when needed the most. No 24 hour line to call. #invest
Love the convenience! Deposit checks, pay bills, check balances, all from home.
Was difficult to load had 2 go 2 website and sign in for it 2 work mobile app point less Other than that works great.

I have used this app for years with minimal problems but I just switched to a S22 Ultra and it won't work at all anymore.
Love using it. The check deposit makes my phone buzz when it takes the pics. I think that's why my check images end up a little soft on the focus. Please stop the buzz!
App keeps freezing up or it won't work at all. Now it won't even work at all. This app hasn't worked in days. Its very frustrating.
App no longer works on my Samsung Android smartphone. Multiple reports has done nothing. I hear the CEFCU app works really well.
The app generally works as expected, every once in a while the app wont work until after clearing the cache (but that is rare).
App has not worked since last update. Reported it several times to no avail. By the looks of recent reviews I am not the only one experiencing a problem.

Every so often the app can't validate my credentials and won't allow me to view my balance. Other than the usual weekly hiccup app works as intended
Love my credit union and honestly the best banking app I've ever used. they're always improving and making better changes. so easy to use!

This app was working fine a few days ago, and has suddenly started displaying "Application has violated security policy and will be shut down". This happens on both my phone and my tablet, and renders the app completely useless. Edit: The app developer has fixed the problem, which I was told by my local branch was isolated to Samsung devices. This app is as good as a banking app gets!
