This app provides 15 days free exchange/ return facility. But after I bought the product, the option for exchange is not available (may be due to technical fault in the app). Inspite of writing several emails, no action is taken and only an automated email is received. The products bought are of no use to me as those doesn't fit well. Because of lack of support service I would think twice before using the app.
Initially the service was good, however my last purchase was a nightmare..it took them 1 month to deliver, at the time of purchase there was an option of return/exchange but it immediately got changed to non returnable after delivery..im stuck with small size..waste of money and its very disappointing. I like your styles, hope you improve current way of working.
worst app! I ordered a co-ord set and due to size issue wanted to give it back. There is no response from their end on email and they aren't picking up the call as well. most of the time the number is undergoing some issue. Neither have they taken the item from me and nor has any discussion taken place for the refund. Moreover they want you to ship the product and bare the expense. quite disappointed!
Hey! First of all I loved this app but suddenly it stopped working, I've installed it like so many times but each times it opens just left with a blank white screen on your front font, can you please tell me what is this happening because I've showed my phone and it's not any problem from my phone, it's just your app not working properly and earlier it used to work fine. I even ordered many items so can you please sort out what's that. Thank you so much ❤
Very bad experience with this application. Even though they show they have exchange and return policy. The options are greyed out and do not allow you to exchange or return. I have placed many emails as there is no other way to contact them, they do not respond. Pathetic and waste of money experience as the products I ordered do not fit well. Will not recommend you to use it.
I had a great experience earlier with SBL. I was suggesting this app to all my friends to buy trendy clothes. But, I have placed an order on 12th of November 2019, but I've yet not received it neither there is any kind of communication from them regarding the update. I tried contacting them through all means be it the contact number mentioned in Google, or the email address. I've also raised a query on their enquiry portal that too twice but again, no response. I really want you people to refund
This app was doing good until last 3 months. They are taking more than a month's time to deliver products.No communication about cancellations, refund etc. Its been difficult to trace the money record after the cancellation of orders. Facing a lot of difficulties with this app. Was bearing this because of the good products so far, but will soon uninstall once my order gets delivered that I placed on 9th Apr 2019.
worst shopping app ever. I have tried most of the online shopping apps and none of them were as bad as this one. firstly they say clearly that they have free and hassle free returns . Then when I tried to return one of my dresses , they said that I've to self ship. I have been trying to contact them since then but their helpline number is under maintenance since ages and I've written dozens of e-mails to which the same automated reply came every time and nothing happened.
I had posted a review earlier saying that it's a great app. I take back my words. I have been trying to get in touch with the team, since the past one month but to no avail. The points from my sbl account were transferred to my bank Account but i have not yet received it. I was told that it would take more than a week. It's been more than a month now! No replies on mails or even on calls! Such unresponsiveness was the last thing to be expected from stalk buy love.
The app opens but nothing shows on home page, i tried all the tabs on the home page but nothing else shows, it's just white background. The page shows buffering sign for few seconds and then nothing happens. I deleted & reinstalled the app again but still same results. Please do something
Such a bad customer service they have. I have requested to return and exchange my products but there's been a problem with the delivery agency and some issues with their system, as a result it has been more than a month that the products have not been picked up nor they have refunded my money. Very disappointed because it was my first time ordering from their website. As per the clothes, it is just satisfactory
I requested an exchange of 2 products I bought.. however they manage exchange all over emails and don't update the app at all.. the products have been picked up but I still don't know when will I get my products back. plus there is no tab to contact the customer care.. call/ chat or write an email. In this era of technology where all the e-commerce apps use chat so effectively or even call back option is available.. but SBL has nothing.. first experience which is horrible and don't know if I will ship again!!
Pathetic customer service. My order arrived but the order status still is Dispatched. I can't exchange or return the item unless it changes to delivered. I have been writing to them on daily basis, never heard back. I posted my issue on their Instagram page, which they quickly deleted. Their call service is under maintenance since ages. I'm highly disappointed as nobody on their part responds. Very disappointing customer service.
This is one of the worst online shopping apps I've used. The product quality is sub standard hence the low prices. The shipping is not only delayed most times but also refunds take forever to be transferred into your account and sometimes they don't refund at all. I would not recommend shopping here.
They provide the worst customer service. I had returned my order and it's almost two months now and I haven't received my refund amount yet.Moreover the app is not at all use friendly and they don't update the refund status. They haven't provided any contact number wherein we can contact directly. I tried sending emails but they respond with the same auto generated mails all over again and again. The order was picked up for return and still awaiting the refund amount since 2 months.
Super annoyed and disappointed. Despite my multiple emails and calls made, I have been unable to raise a request for returning the items. They are not responsive. So, folks please order online at your own risk. You may or may not receive your items and if damaged you're likely to be in loss of good money like me. So, Happy Shopping!
While the quality and selection of clothes is pretty good, absolutely hated the service. Received my order on time but i wanted to exchange it. However they are saying that my address is not eligible. If that was the case, how did they deliver it to my address?? Due to this i cancelled my other orders. Wish i had read all the reviews before downloading this.
They just fool people and earn money from them. Product quality is bad and they themselves will cancel the product and refund your amount in there reward points instead of returning it to the actual payment method. Order will come after months with smaller size and if you try to return it because of size issue the application wont work properly and disable the return option. After so many things if you try to email them they would not respond.
Once upon a time it was a perfect app for shopping with lot of collection at reasonable prices and services was also good but now I don't know what happened they don't deliver the products it's been one month I am waiting for a product. There is no customer care number also to reach them and they have only mail id to which they don't respond. So poor app and services so please don't buy from this app.
The overall experience was a total disappointment. Unprofessional executives, pathetic logistic service. You don't open up an app or a startup without doing the proper homework. My friend placed an order, was supposed to be delivered within a specific date, but they kept pushing the estimated date as if we were supposed to be okay with it. Customer care doesn't get back to your issues either. What's the whole point of this app then?
This is doesn't function properly. Once you buy clothes, the option of return or exchange doesn't get activated and neither does the delivery status of your order gets updated. Even after continuous complaints on email, I am still stuck at the same point as I was 10 days before.
Worst app ever. Though the products are really good but the customer service team is very useless. The app doesnot have customer support contact number and when im trying to reach them via the mentioned email addresses there is no response from the other end. I purchased 4 clothes from the site and now i want to return them but, the exchange/ refund option is not active only on my profile. I tried reaching these people for help but there is no one to answer my queries. Highly dissapointed!!!!!!!
It takes forever for your order to be delivered. To add to that, if the sizing it wrong, forget about getting it exchanged, because the delivery date updated on their app will be wrong, so you would not be able to exchange or return your item. I even wrote an email and attached pictures to share my issues and even after 2 weeks I receive no response... Better use trusted apps to order clothes. Don't waste your time here.
