Only a few days into daily use, but I love the results so far, and it's extremely rewarding and relaxing. I incorporated this program into my daily/morning routine.
Exactly what I was looking for and more! While I've just begun my journey into learning about breathing and the practice of conscious apnea I feel this will be an app I'll have for quite some time.
Surprised how legit it feels - was expected something gimmicky without a legit trajectory for my progress, but after reading through their intro, generating my tables, and then practicing the timed exercises, it feels like a legitimate trainer for freediving. I'm just a guy who wants to hold his breath longer, but the fact that the app seems geared towards being an actually useful tool by free divers for free divers gives me some good confidence in it.
This is a great app. I'm new to freediving tables but this app makes easy to do. I had used a different app but had issues with it crashing in the middle of a table. It's pretty important to do a table uninterrupted so I sprang for the low cost of this app thinking it would be a higher quality( and I saw that other freedivers had recommended this app). I haven't been disappointed yet :)
Great app. A bit confusing at first, i wish there were instructions or a manual to show how to use and create tables, and the purpose of different tables... took me a good deal of research, but once you understand the purpose of these tables, this app is a near perfect training program. Very customizable for the needs and skills of the individual.
I think this app is brilliant and rewarding. I love how you can personalize your plans and training to choose the right excersizes for what your goals are whether they are holding your breath for a long time, just trying to relax or training for scuba diving, swimming or to learn a new skill. This app is worth the money by a longshot especially with the benefits of no ads.
app is well put together. the way it runs through the tables really helps over just using a stopwatch.
Simple, easy to use and the training is very effective training.
Good pointers for beginners and simple layout and navigation
I previously had some issues with the app where it would shut down randomly on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. Within a short time of posting about it, the app was optimized fantastically. I really have no complaints now, better than that I have nothing but praise. I use the paid version of this app and it was worth every penny. Thank you dev for your hard work
The training, table generation and info features make it way better than the free apps. Well worth the $10.
Really great app. I am a beginner and I started with a PB of 1:12 and by doing the CO2 and O2 tables once a day within 2 weeks I got to 2:40. awesome work people of stamina
Great app. Really helps to exceecise your brethhold in controlled manner.
Great app and easy to use, helped me improve my times!
Great app overall. Only thing missing is that it should create tables and tell me each day what table to do so i don't have to choose. Then ask me if the practice was easy, just right or too hard and based on my answers tweak the tables. Also it should automatically ask me to retest my max breath hold at appropriate intervals. This way the app is constantly gently pushing me to be better.
For me, this app helps with both the physical and mental aspects of improving my ability to hold my breath. Also, customer support is very responsive to individual inquiries!
The app is great and easy to use. One thing that I wish it had though, is guidelines on what O2 and Co2 tables are, on how to set them up based on your level. I am a beginner, and I had to do some research outside of the app to get an idea. It would have been nice if the provided some of that info in the app.
In a few sessions under an hour, I was able to increase my breathe hold from 50 sec to 1:30. I'll admit I did some quick YouTube searches for some tips. 4 stars though because I had to fidget with the app a little to figure it out and I am a little tech savvy so I had the patience but I can see others getting frustrated. Perhaps a beginner tutorial.
This app has helped me improve my breath holding technique and recovery time for under water laps in the pool. If you consistently train you can notice quite substantial progress in less than a week. Pretty easy to use and great for beginners.
nice even tho i think the training plans should go up even now and them :) but maybe i didnt used it to that point till now
I use it almost every day while I'm performing tasks. I even use it at work while I'm working. I've increased my static hold time 30 seconds, from 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes. I think I could use a stop watch and train of course but its nice having everything done and it runs through it for you.
I only wish there was more of a training plan that you could follow. Something like, you do a personal best attempt, then it recommends which tables (O2 vs CO2) and how many times a week. I realize that there's probably some liability in doing that, which is why they don't. I'm happy that at least the app generates basic tables based on your PB attempts. Much better than the other "training" app out there that doesn't generate anything for you.
I enjoy the graphics and clean interface. Paying the fee is a small price to no ads. The only thing I sould add is a tutorial on how to train or some resources so the newbies like me know how to practice and a cleaner graph like show of the exercise plan.
Very good app. Worth the money. Wish you had an option to had tables where you can breath up for set (and increasing) times and do max holds after each, instead of only defined length holds. But all in all, a great app.
Worked good for a few days and then the voice quit. Also, there is supposed to be a "Mixed" training that doesn't appear to be working at all. Disappointing. I have sent a message to developer for help so I may be updating this later dependent on their response. Update: Valeriy with developer contacted me very soon after I sent my problem (over night response). Two emails later all problems solved. With help The voice function is back and I can now do "mix" training. Really good app. Look forward to increasing my apnea times. TY
