They are truly the best. Always friendly put my drink on the board because I go there everyday sometimes several times a day. They recognize my family and are always prompted and efficient couldn't be any better give the kids suckers the dogs treats they are the best every single one of them. Thank you all for the best service anybody could ask for.

Terrible product. Customers find it very difficult to connect and download stamp while customers in the queue become annoyed due to the longer than usual wait times. Complete waste of money. We recently switched over to Skip that takes care of both purchase and rewards and haven't looked back since!
Very compact & easy to use app - saves having to use a different app for each hospitality venue - or collect a separate cardboard loyalty card for each venue. Ideal for smaller venues in particular I would think - which may not have the capacity to create & maintain their own loyalty apps. Very convenient for customers.
Very poorly designed/ architected. Users with active stamp cards shouldn't have to wait so long for the app to open. Shouldn't depend on an internet connection so greatly when all you want to do is tap and leave. Not every coffee shop has great WiFi and network connections can be patchy. Missed loads of stamps because you can't stand in a queue waiting 2/3 mins to get past the red screen and another 2/3 mins waiting for the stamp to be accepted. Please do better.
i use this as both client and shopkeeper, it is a great concept but it is difficult for ppl to download and register in low connectivity. it would be nice for admin to have an app on their phone so that it is easier to control.
Used the app while shopping @ BLISS Safety Store @ South Park today. It was quick and very easy to use. I was very impressed especially with the level of professionalism displayed by the CSR at BLISS Safety Store. She was very pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable about everything they carry. If I were to rate the overall experience shopping there I'd give a 10 out of 10!!!
Having a reward system built into an app is a great idea. With other cafes I go to you get a card they stamp and you end up with lots of cards to carry around and get stamp to get a free coffee. Having it in your phone is so much better because you are not going misplace them or forget to take it ,most people have their phone on them.
Seems an interesting app. But why is it that when I try to deactivate my account and clear my personal information I am being told clearing my personal information is not available? 🧐 Not cool. If I want my personal data gone, it should be gone when I opt to deactivate my profile. Makes me question if you really aren't selling or sharing my personal info to and with third parties.....Do better.
Won't load when looking for what's around my area. Big fan of the shop that's started using this service and to be perfectly honest this service is making the shop look bad to customers. Shame as the purpose of using this app would initially have been to improve this poor guys small business. Needs improving.
Hope on earth do you even register??? It just asks for an email and reset password. If you can't register, how on earth do you use it????
This app does not work properly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 mobile. It reads the retailer's device about one in four attempts.
Couldn't register because my phone doesn't work in Mexico so I couldn't receive the SMS code sent to me. Why not have an option to receive the code in an email.
Home Screen is stuck in loading.
The redeem function for free drinks is the most convoluted process. I've had 2 drinks now that I haven't been able to redeem.
Out of every retail store or just any customer service establishment. Spot on around the Killingly area has the best customer service I've ever expiernced.

It worked well, until one day camera stopped working. I can't scan QR codes.
The Hobart section has lots of offers. No addresses I can see, let alone maps. Epic fail.
Obsolete app. You can't redeem any rewards and neither do the stamps work lately in all partner outlets.

I have cashed in quite a few rewards with this app at the Salvation Army. I will say it's real flaky sometimes. I don't know how many times I've been in line in a panic, because the app won't load/connect. As of yesterday, this app has completely ceased to function. I just get the red screen, and it refuses to load (including on my home wifi network). So I lost stamps on $43 in purchases, plus the 8 stamps I already had (in money terms, a $10 credit).Is the Galaxy S8 too antiquated for this now?
