Constantly stalling and crashing. Have tried this app in both Android and iOS versions and both as bad as the other. The app crashes one than 75% of the time it's opened. It will not let me select more than 8 or 9 relatively small play lists without crashing. Repeated "Oops that wasn't meant to happen" or fatal error messages. Have deleted reinstalled, cleared caches etc still doesn't work. Recommend that you avoid
It transferred like 30% of songs after taking 100% of transferring time. I'd appreciate if the team works on the issue because not only users are trusting and giving access to their song platform credentials but they want their work to be done from that. I really want to come back and change my rating so please don't disappoint us all.
Have to edit it. At first I thought it was great! Could see that the transfer was taking place in percentage. Yet when it had completed, I couldn't find my music! I paid £35 this morning, and then another payment earlier... I have bought the Sony XM4'S and wanted the 360 audio. It didn't work even after It said my playing had been transferred. I couldn't find it!
No matter what I do, this app tells me my pandora password is incorrect. I even reset my password and it works on pandoras site but not on this app. UPDATE: I truly believe this app is a good one that can get the job done. I skipped pandora due to the login issues and decided to use Spotify, Amazon music & YT music and those worked flawlessly with importing my Playlists to Spotify. I give 4 stars. I don't believe one issue should affect the entire review of the app.
App is literally trash, worked a single time (not that I could transfer anything, it just opened). Still, every music sync app is a scam, good luck finding anything that works. Fast edit: The windows app is even worst.
Didn't work for me. Couldn't log into Spotify via Google as it said it was an unsecured connection. Then couldn't log into Deezer and got stuck in a loop of receiving msg code and then going to a white screen.
Wow!! I've always put of switching service because I never wanted to have to create all of my playlists. Now I can finally switch and it worked perfectly and quickly! Brilliant!!!
It doesn't work, I tried transfer my youtube playlist to my spotify. Its says I have no playlist. But I have a lot of music playlist in my youtube account that I want to migrate to spotify. I really need this kind of app and I will support it if its work
The good news is that this app will move music between your streaming services on your Android phone. But that's all the good news. The app is a resource hog, the transfer of songs is incredibly slow, and the app is prone to locking up, making your entire phone lock up, and crashing. It's just not very efficient. There are tremendous apps that can be used in the iOS system and on a browser that will do a very fine job of moving your music. Save your money.
A total disaster. I purchased this app to move my daughter's Apple Music from one ID to another. The app freezes on Android, so I tried installing it on my Windows machine. After several attempts, the playlists moved over okay, but the songs are a complete mess. For some reason, she now has 6,000 songs on her Apple Music, most of which she's never heard of, and her music is now completely unusable. Technical support is unresponsive. Hard to believe I paid for this.
I had lots of issues in the beginning but what helped possibly was making sure the source and destination user names were correct. Look in your source and destination apps home page for user IDs. The transfers are mostly complete except some run short of source list. Sometimes especially large playlists the destination program may stop working. Just select recreate to restart but since you got some of your music, it moves fast? This app takes practice and patience. The designers fixed app.
It was quite smooth while transferring all the music...Apart from it simple UI which makes everything from login to moving song automatically easy and paced at same time.
Had a bumpy start but contacted the developer and I guess they fixed it the same day. Seems to want to time out connections to Youtube, so recommend multiple simultaneous playlist transfers. Give it plenty to do.
Hello! So I've been having issues getting my music from Spotify to YTmusic. I've tried deleting and recreating the playlist to see if the music syncs but each time it just bought over fewer songs, and now it can't bring over any at all. Is there anything else I can try to get the music transferred over? Thanks and take care.
One of the most trash apps I have ever used. Use tunemymusic instead, no download, no account needed and 10x faster. This trash app got halfway through syncing my playlists when it stopped and wanted me to pay 11.99€ to sync the rest of my music. Like SERIOUSLY? 12 bucks for a service that is slow and can be found 10x faster on a website for FREE? No thanks, don't bother installing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS V FRIENDLY. Edit after using desktop app: downgraded to 1 star. Dsktp app crashes as often as android version. Have dozens of playlists, 1000s of songs. Have to keep app open to make transfers happen. Takes... Days. Errors require that you manually click on each transfer, then click retry... On each playlist. Takes... Hours. Of manual labor. Because the app errored out. Also - and importantly - matches don't always match. Cust service help requires typing 30+ digit receipt # each time.
Nope absolute rubbish. $17 for an app to sync playlists and it can't sync a playlist. Waste of money and time.
Payed for 3 months tried to sync all music from youtube to spotify got mixed with bunch of unknown songs which even not same type as music in the playlist deleted all and just did it manually very disappointed spent money for nothing
I already turned off ad blocker and refreshed the app multiple times and it still won't let me transfer!!!! I wish I could give negative 5 stars
I was not able to get it to work. It was moving over the playlist names but none of the songs actually populated. I switched to the desktop app and that actually seems to be working fine. Try the desktop app but the android phone app needs work.
Trying to transfer from Spotify to Tidal, and every time I get an error. Good thing I had to pay ahead of time to figure it that it doesn't work correctly. I would imagine a refund will never happen. Had this app installed for all of 10 minutes. Absolute nonsense.
Transfered playlists from Spotify to Apple Music. Worked the first time. Excellent!
I think this is a good app and has a lot of great potential. However it is currently flawed in several ways. I have a playlist with 1300 songs and it got 700 or so transfered from spotify to yt music. There's no comprehensive way to resume transferring that playlist without it forcing you to start over again. The app will NOT transfer music unless it is open, meaning it won't transfer in the background while you do something else on your phone.
