stupid. it doesn't show anything, just a white background

It was in Chinese with no alternative towards another language. It also blocked my phone and was impossible to close. I had to turn off my phone and restart it to get rid of this application.
Useless, doesn't have all stamps. I used Chinese character for searching came back nothing.
