Excellent app in English as well. Online chat support is definitely excellent. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My only criticism is that when attempting to scan the parking ticket, the app freezes and shuts down. Needs improvement in ticket scanning. Thank you Istanbul airport. The world's best airport! Real great staff and management backed up by an amazing number 1 airline ♥

The infrastructure of the airport is impressive, however the wifi is the WORST in the world. I couldn't even call or leave a message for my family. And the employees are not cordial or friendly at all.. and this app basically does nothing, it's horribly annoying and useless. UNINSTALLED!!

This is supposed to be the biggest airport in the world, yet the app and wifi don't work, app fails all the time and freezes, you only get one hour free wifi with very limited speed, SMS verification doesn't work, why would you need that in the first place? I think they really need to hire some new people for their IT department!

2 years passed since I first commented, but still there is no improvement. Search function is totally dumb. Information of restaurants or shops are insufficient. Yes, they have an app but that's all. Nothing useful in it.

SMS verification does not work (3 May). Maps don't work. Search doesn't work. No info given on lounge access or passes so I had to go there in person only to find out it is 59 euro for a day pass to the I G A lounge. Showed me the wrong gate so I positioned myself in this massive airport in the wrong place to where I really needed to be. Regret giving up my personal data for such a bad app. The only thing it did was notify me correctly when boarding started.

The app was not able to find my flight neither by confirmation number nor by flight code. Also I hoped to find a way how to navigate from one gate to another since my connection is very short, the app does not provide any help with navigation. The information available is very basic and shallow.

Good idea, bad execution... You need wifi to activate the app, after 1 hour free you don't get wifi... No more flight updates, no more info, nothing. The app becomes useless. This is shame, what's the point of the app if you can't access anything...

Its okay, all information is there but the app freezes all the time on background resume. Wifi login does not work after account creation. You still need a phone number to access 'free' wifi.

No point unless you want to buy services at the airport. They say come 3 hours early because the airport is so large, but they limit your WiFi usage to 1 hour, make you verify with sms, and jump through hoops. Not winning Istanbul airport.

appreciate the effort but was a total waste if time installing it, could not get the stingy 1 hour of free wifi to work (on that subject .... 1 hour free, are you serious? considering most transit flights have a 3 hour stopover and there is ni way to pause the time its a joke. the airport with 1000 shops and restaurants, with a beautiful modern bulding thats is stuck in 1999 when it comes to internet access) snd it kept forgetting my flight details, so was not even useful as a reminder.

Too difficult as at this airport to connect. Too slow. Vendors don't have internet codes to give out and if you have either no reception or not enough time to download this app you are struggling for hours to access.

I never got past the signing process. All I got was an error that I didn't understand. Was useless to me really. App was unstable and got stuck several times. I installed immediately just before I boarded my flight.

App is not capable for anything useful. Flight check doesn't work properly, doesn't show most of flights. Freewifi service still ask for sms registration, any guest without phone number can't use wifi through social media verification.

App is useless to connect to internet. You need to register your cell number and wait for the password to be texted to you. If you have no cellphone service then your out of luck. Utilizing the app to connect to internet also doesn't work as it requires the same process of sms text.

Not working - Registration not happening - keep getting message System is down.. why is WiFi not free at the airport?? i mean what's the point? How are international arriving passengers supposed to have an active Turkish sim card to receive the Wifi code????

Nothing in this app does not work!!! Never received verification SMS with a code or password to register. Complete waste of time and not helpful at all.

First time flyer with turkish airline, Airline is good ,but airport experience was terrible No Wifi if passenger don't have Roaming service , really in 2019. 4 hour no wifi, Carl's junior need to train managers and employees not a friendly attitude, no ice in fountain machine cold fries, small shop too many people and they looked exhausted. As a passenger we have options too so please kindly fix wifi issue and train employees I know it takes time but you can do it.

rather useless, no connection points for free wifi but all whistles and bells I signed giving my details and all. looks promising but does not deliver. No free wifi? no options? IST do you know what year we live in?

Had it installed and account 'signed up' and everything set up to be able to use wifi using the app, but it didn't work. Why isn't wifi free in the first place?

After last update this app stop working. Crashed down many times , uninstall and installed again 4 times ..but didnt want to work at all

IST has the absolute worst airport wifi. With this app you only get 1 hour/day, not worth inatalling. Absolute rubbish focused on pushing you shops and make you spend money.

just awful 99% u would use it to check whether a flight departed or not and surely enough it does show you flights but not yours, only future ones.. useless

trying to put on date of birth is ridiculous. tou have to tap back for every month till you get to your month and year. then when you have completed the form you get a message. when you tap the link you get told you have no internet. so you stsrt it all again and again.

There is no way to connect to wi-fi for several months already (sms verification doesn't work)

I really like the navigation feutures, it helped me with finding my flight terminal.

Horrible App , not user friendly at all to connect to the internet. what a hassle
